To get the online price of a vehicle I had to fill out some information on the website. They asked how I want to be contacted and I said with email. Usually the internet price is at least 1K off not at Gator ford it was 200$ dollars. Then I got an email pretty fast it was late in the day but the next morning I received 3 phone calls by 10am. I did not ask for a call but said please email me no calls. Then the emails kept coming 5-6 a day. Then I get todays email.... Todays email starts like this "Thanks again for your request a few days ago. I haven't heard anything back from you yet and was curious if I have done anything wrong or somehow offended you..." it's funny why people that work at car dealerships don't understand why the public hates dealing with car sales people this is why. I will never buy a car from this place. Then the email says we want to give you the best online experience but your not giving me the online experience you keep calling which I specifically asked you not to do.

Very friendly, professional staff. Speedy service for regular maintenance with an add on for a recall. Pricing was very reasonable. Waiting room was well stocked and comfortable. Great experience.

Traded my ford in bc i was so unhappy with nick at gator ford! I have always owned fords. He left such a bad taste in my mouth that i drove to nissan of brandon and traded in my truck for a nissan. Sales people are great but the service part is horrible. Miss my truck but not the service part. Everytime he charged more and more! What was suppose to be 250. He said went up to 800. That wasnt on my warranty papers, smh!

To begin, my experience with my sales person (Juan) went very well. Now comes the negatives. I was told every used car goes through a safety check before they sell it. On my way home it started to rain. I put the wipers on and 1 blade was literally falling off. Got off the highway safely and spent $50 on wipers. Got home and started reading everything that came with the car. There were no floor mats that were written down. Called and was told that was the detail department. SO? Another $50 for mats. Again while driving home ( maybe 5 miles) the car started to shake a bit. Called Juan and he told me to make an appointment and they would take care of it. When I returned they took the car in and told me it would be over $200 for a 4 tire balance and front end alignment. I left and called Juan once and made another appointment. Just got here for the tire balance and front end alignment. Told 3 to 4 hrs. Are you kidding me. My father had owned a used car dealership all his life. To balance 4 tires maybe a hour to a hour and a half. I don't like giving negative reviews but be careful of this place

!!Warning DON'T GO to this location without you husband Gary the manager is very disrespectful to woman and will try taking advantage of you because you are a woman. It's sad he doesn't respect us as woman that we have to have our husband are mate with us to do business as a manager he should be more helpful. DAVID LEATHERMAN SERVICE MANAGER IS A JOKE WAS NO HELP EITHER. ONE THING I CAN SAY THEY STICK TOGETHER .

The Ford Service Department at Gator Ford is a hidden gem and a diamond in the rough! My transmission went out on my 2020 Ford Explorer at 42,500 miles, and I was extremely nervous about what was going to happen next with current lead times on replacement parts in the auto industry right now. I called several Ford service centers in the area and was given 12 weeks on a transmission repair. Thankfully, I called Gator Ford and was connected to speak with Nick Rowe, the Assistant Service Manager. Right from the start, he was friendly, informative, and extremely helpful with my concerns/questions about my potential transmission problem. He went through the process with me and advised that a new transmission was readily available and that repair could take less than a week or two depending on receiving the parts within a reasonable time frame. I jumped at the opportunity to set the appointment and get my vehicle serviced. Nick was completely transparent throughout the process and followed up regularly through text messages and phone calls. He also set me up with a complimentary rental car through Hertz in Brandon, which made the situation easier for my wife, who takes the kids to and from school each morning. A driver even picked me up from the service location and drove me to pick up the rental vehicle. On the day I was scheduled to pick up my Explorer per the original commitments provided by Nick, I was assisted by another gentleman, Scott Brinkman, who stepped in while Nick was off at the time of my arrival. He was very helpful, answered several questions, and also provided excellent customer service. He could have easily just thrown me my keys and sent me on my way, but rather engaged in providing seamless customer service the same way Nick did. For those who are reading this review, who need to buy a fleet vehicle or need service repair work done, please consider making Gator Ford your preferred location. You will not be disappointed.

I guess unless you have perfect or good credit they forget you. it's bad when the salesman keeps reaching out to you when they want a sale but as soon as they can't get financing because of a stipulation nobody had the guts to call me back and talk to me. it's ok I found financing and a better vehicle. Shame on you big dealerships that think it's all about the sales.

I have trusted Gator Ford with several major repairs after being mistreated and ignored by a different shop who wouldn’t listen to me and made me feel discounted for being a woman. GATOR FORD IS NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL!!! My service advisor Bryan listened to me and believed me right away which led to my transmission FINALLY being replaced, I have been on ride alongs with the Shop Foreman, Robbie, who was incredibly patient and TRULY listened to the entire saga of my vehicle’s history (and it’s been A LOT!!). I also have had very open, honest, and KIND communications with the service manager Gary. I have NEVER felt discounted or unbelieved because I am a woman. And that is 100% something I experienced where I was going before. This shop is ACTUALLY trying to find the GREMLIN in my car and has been the ONLY bright spot in the NIGHTMARE I’ve been though with my 2020 Ford Escape! Please come see for yourself! I would recommend ANYONE to come see Bryan and Gary at Gator Ford for their maintenance and repairs!Services: Transmission

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called and made an appointment and had three things to be addressed with my vehicle and asked multiple times if all three could be addressed same day and was assured it could be. So I show up for my appointment and the service individual tells me we will have to have your vehicle for 3-5 days to address my window. The reason is because they’re working 200 plus cars. Then he tells me they can get me a rental and I said well I need a truck for work purposes and then tells me they can’t do that either so I say okay well don’t worry about that and do just the oil change. But instead of doing my oil change and does all this work with hertz to get me a rental car and of course still not a truck so when I come back around noon after having a 1030 appointment and I showed up 15 min early for my appointment as well nothing had been touched with my vehicle. At this point I just wanted my vehicle and will never ever return to whatever they call this establishment. Instead of having Hawaiian shirt Friday maybe the should all get fired and start over. The incompetence and lack of professionalism was unreal. It’s sad I called Jarrett Scott ford right after and all my needs were taken care of in 1 day when gator ford said 3-5. Just shows you where I’ll continue to take my business. I would be ashamed to have any part of my name with gator ford.Service: General repairs & maintenance
