Dealer name, Cam sold my daughter and I a vehicle in October. We are now in December. My daughter was able to use the car for four days before the transmission went out prior to the transmission going out in the purchasing the car. I let him know that the car was having to jump and did he fix it. Nothing was done in my cars. Been sitting on two different lot. My daughter has been unable to drive the vehicle. He has given me many many stories about the transmission getting fixed or he was going to get someone to fix it or it was getting taken care of and I will have the car within two or three days. I’m at my boiling point right now because I have not heard back from C a.m.. He constantly gives me the runaround. I’m a very nice person. I asked him if the car was safe and OK to drive off of his lot. He did give me a three month warranty but ever since then my car is been sitting. , As if he’s waiting for the warranty to run out. This is a very shady car dealership because there is no communication once you purchase the car and give them cash and pay in full. The car was supposed to be fixed by October 17. We are now in December.

Bought a Ford foces had issues with it took it to kam he looked it over fixed it never had a better experience buying a car or getting it repaired far price easy to work with would buy from here again thanks again for everything

So, after such an amazing experience with my first vehicle purchased here, I decided to buy another one, a Kia soul and I love it!! My first car, a 2002 Buick century with only 88,000 miles was amazing! It never had a mechanical issue other than maintenance! So far this new vehicle seems to be following in it's footsteps!!! Thank you so much firm life!! You are amazing and I couldn't be more pleased!! And now they have added Allrich automotive for all my maintenance and repair needs.. truly one stop shopping!

I have purchased two great vehicles from Firm Life Auto Sales. One for my self and one for my daughter going off to college. Firm Life Auto Sales gave us the best customer service from a knowledgeable Master Mechanic named Kay the owner. He understands what to look for in a reliable car at the auction. Kay also recommend that we get a 10 day warranty if we did not like our cars we could return them with no hassle. When we picked up vehicles, Kay went through both cars with a fine tooth comb to ensure us the best quality which gave us peace of mind. With that being said, if you are looking for an honest business to buy a car this is the place no question. Two thumbs up!

Outstanding customer service. The gentleman who helped listened to what I wanted and all vehicle requirements.I believe his name is Cam. Amazing!!! I cannot say enough great things about this business!!! I bought a 2002 Buick Century from Cam at firm Life, it has only 80,000 miles and runs amazing. Car is immaculate and a.c. is ice cold!!! The owner was honest and willing to work with my individual needs.. I will remain a customer here when I am ready for another vehicle!!!

Called to say I'm on my way to look at a car. The car was taken apart, no way to test drive. Drove 2 hrs for nothing.Charging 1000's to to finance..What a joke..
