Usually, I never go into big chains like this usually I try to find private salons however, my appointment today at fantastic Sams with Azya was A fabulous experience. She was very personable and did a beyond excellent job she listened everything that I wanted and did it to a T! Go see Azya she is Great! You will love your hair when she gets done with it. I will definitely be back as long as she is there.
Specialties: If you were looking for a highlighting job that looks so natural go to her
Hair type: I have very straight hair with nobody and is usually hard to work with, but she had no problem at all

Wow!! What a great place to go to..no surprise they had a few people lined up, waiting for a VIP service by Ms Mary, Ms Louise, and Ms Carmen (who’s is also a manager)..just a great team!!

Pros: Customer service is great here. When you call someone actually answers the phone and is pleasant! There are always accommodations to be sure I can be here for the proper amount of time.
When I come to this location I will only let Carmen do my hair because it’s a strange, wavy, not quite straight, not quite curly, pretty thick type of hair, and I always get compliments! Love this location! ❤️ thank you ladies for always being so much fun when I’m here for 1+ hours!
Cons: when the time change happens (standard time: October) the plaza is pretty dark.

Asked for a body wave 4 times I explained that I wanted a body wave loose curls with big rollers!!!She gave me an Afro !!!!AN AFRO!!! And burnt my hair!!! And I am white!!! My hair is destroyed to the point of no repair ! my hair is long past the bra strap!! Took me years to grow it that long! I can’t even cut it or my hair will blow up like bozzò the clown! Do not recommend this place at all they have no help so she kept cutting other ppls hair in between my body wave hence why she ruined my hair!

Honestly, I dislike my hair so much. I tried being nice about it by saying it looked great because the lady was sweet and kept asking if I was okay during the session but my hair is dried out and it feels dead now. It doesn’t feel soft anymore, I asked for a full head of highlights and it doesn’t look like a full head. I had red in my hair that she never taken out, she went straight in with the bleach. I have a patch on my hair.
