Used drive through for a prescription, when the pharmacist handed me the prescription inside a clipped bag proceeded to verify that the prescriptions are all thereExactly as I thought, I was missing one of them which I immediately let her know there was a mistake and we haven’t finishedI kindly suggest that Mss Annais gets re-trained in customer service she was rude, kept attending other people and never even acknowledge I was still in the line and that they might be something going on? With what she just handed to me.15 min or so I had to waive at another pharmacist to let him know. I was frustrated for sure. At the end other pharmacist came to check what was missing and helped. I understand the pharmacist are overwhelmed and understaffed but I can’t really justify that one take that on the customers, it was late and by the time someone came to tell me the reason the other pharmacy i could go to was already closed

Need to stop being cheap and hire more staff. Sat in drive thru for an hour. Employees are being over worked. This happens everytime we come here. Terrible management.

This place should have 1 star. Ghetto area, broken glass on the parking lot, rude overnight supervisor, and manager. They just let anyone steal without any consequences.

I wanted to give a review for Ian. I was rushing into CVS on a late Saturday night, and was scrambling trying to find some things. Ian assisted me right away and helped me find everything immediately. Working long weekends are not very enjoyable, but I appreciate how Ian sees to it to give amazing customer service on his weekends. Ian, you deserve a raise for your great customer service and friendliness! Thanks man!

The poor staff is so overworked and they’re always so understaffed. The pharmacist is working under a lot of pressure so I’ll him the benefit of the doubt despite his attitude issues. You can’t get them to pick up the phone, ever, so you have to go into the store. There’s always at minimum a 30 minute wait when you need to pick up a script. Also they keep deleting their Google reviews because they’re so terrible.

Yikes. This CVS is bizarre... I have been into this location numerous times in the past year, and, every single time- without fail- I am followed by staff..... for the entire visit. ??I came tonight to grab a few home essentials, and, same as always, the woman with the short, dark, bob haircut panicked & flew into protective overdrive to make sure the CVS merchandise was safe from my debaucherous pharma-grocery thievery.She runs back and forth from the back of the store to watch cameras before deciding that she needs to be right up next to you while you peruse the best deals on laundry detergents... I get it. I've worked retail, and, I know that they try to make you feel responsible for the thefts that occur at "your" store, but, is it truly worth having become the Seffner CVS vigilante for?Admittedly, the area is not the best, so, for safety sake, maybe just an arms length away from your customers while they shop could be a good compromise?My social anxiety would thank you, and, you still get to be close enough to me that you can see which shade of lip liner I'm considering before I choose it.??

There's not enough staff that work in the pharmacy and minuteclinic to actually serve the volume and demand at this location. The people who work here are incredibly nice and are doing their absolute best to be helpful but there just aren't enough of them.

This pharmacy is terribly slow, today was my last adventure at this cvs. I’m not even going to shop here anymore. Good luck getting through even getting through the regular check out. This store flat out sucks, their management has no clue how to handle the volume of customers. They got worse and they have a homeless problem

Ok. Love the fact they are open 24 hours. And that's where the love ends. I have yet to get to this pharmacy and not see a long Line.. in the pharmacy side, it's a bit of organized chaos filling prescription, answering phones, restocking meds, pulling meds that were not picked up.Observation, my concern is that for whatever reason the pharmacy always seems to be under stress and in the weeds. Conditions are just right for making a mistake. Trying to get people in and out is appreciated . But let's staff to meet the volume and reduce the risk of overdosing or giving someone the wrong medication.Update: so guess what. When I came home and then opened my pills to take in the morning. They put the wrong label on the prescription. Brought it in .. spoke to the pharmacist. Said he was going to look into it. When he looked on the label, he confirmed it should not have happened. ( I am not sure if at first he thought I was making it up. But the label and dates all added up to one thing.... They screwed up. ).After speaking to the pharmacist. He told me they would call me the next day in response to the situation. Well, wouldn't you know, that did not happen.Not upset or angry. I have no doubt that they all work as hard as possible. It's probably one of the busiest stores. But when you're busy if the corporation is good with 1% errors in prescriptions. There will be more mistakes made at this CVS. Fortunately I know what my medications look like. But for those that don't or are being given by someone else this can be a life threatening situation. Disappointed that there was no follow up lack of response.

Utilized my emailed discount. Uopn purchase discount was for one item, not full purchase. When returning the item that was full price, only wanted to refund the discounted item. Will be returning both items so that CVS doesn't make extra moneyboff me.

If I could give this CVS Pharmacy no stars I would. I went to pickup my prescription and the manager was speaking so loud that everyone in the waiting area could hear what medications I was picking up. I don't know how she became a manager if she doesn't respect the customers privacy. Whoever hired her should reconsider his decision. I will never be going back to that location again and I urge everyone else to do the same.
