The girl that helped me and there was quite knowledgeable on what I needed to do to fix my phone unfortunately she wasn't able to do it because I need to use customer service and talk to them on fixing it it's an internal problem

I came in and needed help with my cricket app and chanelle did a phenomenal job amd had a lot of patience. I really appreciated how calm she was and how dhe didnt rush the process.
