Horrible customer service. The female manager Jade is very unprofessional. She gave me the run around and gave me a very nasty attitude about a special order online. I had to reach out to a manager above her to get some help with my order. Then she finally collects my information, but never followed up with my order and never returned my deposit money from the online order. Buddys has lost me as long term customer go to Rent King or Aaron's.

They didn’t have the recliner in stock when I visited the store yesterday, so they ended up picking up from plant city and delivering to me a day later. Staff (in office and during delivery) both very professional, understanding and helpful!

The general manager is rude and always has an attitude. I paid for a BED and they showed up with a whole bedroom set. Told them that's not what I signed for and they said it was too late. Now they won't take anything back cause of "damage" but yet that damage was there was I got it because it was covered with black permanent marker. Absolutely disgusted with this place.

I was rented a computer by the sales manager herself that she knew was inadequate for the programs that I explained to her I need a computer to run. I made the first month's payment in full before walking out the door, I was told by the sales manager use the computer for one week if it don't run your programs you can bring it back I said okay and that's what I did. When I return the computer a week later and explain to her it wouldn't run the programs that I need it to run because it was completely inadequate to support my programs she said okay, thank you have a nice day. I then asked her do you need my credit card or my receipt and she replied no we're good thank you again have a nice day no offer for a refund of any kind, so I paid $131.17 to rent in inadequate computer for 7 days and was never offered any kind of refund that was my experience.
