Opened a new account with Destiny Sutter, she was amazing!! Made opening the account a easy and smooth process. Answered all my questions and even went to the teller with me when I made my initial deposit. She will be my go to person if I ever have any more questions. Keep up the good work!!

RIDICULOUS. So, I opened an account online. Apparently because I used the address I was moving to, and not the address the post office had, they flagged me as fraud. Fine. So I went in person to the bank. I explained what happened. Had to renew my license. Fine. So I did so immediately and updated it to the address of the account. This WASN'T ENOUGH. So then I had to produce a lease. Fine. I did so. Thinking all was okay after the inquisition, they closed my account without so much as an email notification. So, even with jumping through all the hoops successfully, they closed my account on me. Wells Fargo truly sucks and is just not worth the aggravation. I only hope they send the money they yanked from my account to the PROPER ADDRESS THAT I VERIFIED.

I went to cash a check that was from them but I must have dropped my driver's licence. So I attempted to call after calling 20 times over a few days with no answer. I gave up. I just can't understand why they never answer.

Did you ever patronize a business that just "is?" It's not bad but it's not good either. It just exists. That's just how I feel about this branch! There used to be a WF branch in my town, but they closed it and replaced it with a free-standing ATM. I was annoyed! This is now my closest branch in the neighboring city of Sebring and it's nine miles from home. Not bad but still a step down for me. Arriving- It's on US Route 27 South and access is easy. The parking lot is adequate with two spaces for the handicapped folks. There is a walk-up ATM but no drive-thru which I find a little annoying! Inside- Typical teller windows, cubicles for the bankers and the ubiquitous safe deposit box vault. Customer Service- Herein lies the problem. WF consolidated branches, in part, because they weren't busy enough. It used to be if you wanted to visit a banker, you sat on a couch for maybe fifteen minutes until one was available. Now, you need to make an appointment and make another trip in a day or two. Uggghhhh! I don't need a private banker to discuss the management of a bazillion dollars! I'm just a regular guy who wants to do routine stuff once and a while and these folks make it too hard now! When I finally get to meet with someone they are fine but my experience is marred by the process. It's a pain in the ass to change banks and that's what they count on. Inertia will keep me there but not with a smile on my face!

This branch always makes me feel welcome and helps me with my financial needs. Destiny Sutter is my go-to at this location. She is very helpful and knowledgeable and always makes sure I get the updated information on all my banking needs.

I went in with a friend to the bank, I sat down while she went to the teller. The customer service and acknowledgement of me being there was of the highest standard. I had three different employees approach me to make sure I was being taken care of. IT WAS AWESOME. You just don't see that level of service often enough. They were ALL so very pleasant and kind. They deserve much praise. I may switch my bank account to them. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT JOB

You must have an appointment to be seen by a personal banker, I wanted to open a CD account so I called over 12 times and my phone call was never answered by a bank employee. You are routed through an automated service the extension is dialed and after a few minutes, when no one picks up the phone you are immediately disconnected.I was concerned that the interest-rate that drop since this was a special promotion and interest rate that I was interested in. When I arrived at the bank around 2:30 PM, I was told that I could sit down and wait but they probably would not get to me today but I would have to make an appointment and come back later in the week and that the interest rates may be the same they may not be since there’s no guarantee as to when the promotion would end. The branch manager John was not busy but instead of waiting on me or other customers he continued to tell other people who came in that they would not be waited on today and would have to make an appointment or open their own accounts online. I sat and waited an hour for Destiny to wait on me, another woman left without being helped but when a Hispanic man came in John, Bank manager tried to help him open an account on line and finally took him into is office to complete whatever he had on his mind. This is an extremely poor example of good customer service!!
