So far, so good today. I got my 1st reward points for fuel.only problem I see is the people using the free air pumps stretching them out.parking on 1 side then us the pump on the other space stretching it all the way to the other parking space plus holding the air from other people using it.When I didn't see my points right away I went back in to let the cashier know I didn't get my points which was a crew leader that told me give it some time hold my receipt and if it does not show in 24 hrs gave me a number to call which was helpful but not needed this my new fuel station thank you shells for messing up you will not get my businesses any more

Good Wawa. Decent prices and comparatively good food. I especially love stopping and getting their frozen coke before the ride back to Wauchula.
It's conveniently located at this intersection, and I pass by it numerous times a week.

The managers aren't training there people to run a register or anything. Then they got an attitude problem when you ask them something. I asked to cancel my order, I didn't need a reason. All you get is why?? Excuse me cancel the order.

Chris is the best! I went late night to order a pizza, wanting to try it for the first time. I clicked I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST and wanted to let them know not to put any mushrooms on my pizza. I alerted them and Chris was able to fix my order immediately. I told them I could just pick them off but he was adamant about fixing it. Personable and so understanding! The pizza was delicioso, too! From beginning to end, Chris was attentive and accommodating. No more Pizza Hut or Domino’s if a Wawa is nearby. Thanks, Chris! You rock! The lady at the register (Friday evening) that night was great, too! ???

Four months ago I moved here from the east coast, consistently the overweight, insanely wide and shirt spanish lady has been a nightmare to deal with. Her attitude and demeanor absolutely STINKS.I've seen her interactions with other patrons and she's just Terrible. I have no idea how she's lasted so long. Get rid of her, she is a LIABILITY.In addition, the mildly overweight mid 20s short haired blonde-red dude is also Terrible.If these two don't like people, FIND ANOTHER JOB IN A WAREHOUSE OR GO BACK TO HELL.Get rid of them, they eat into your bottom line.Sincerely,Everyone.

Some of the workers are really rude and nasty, specially one black girl who works in the mornings and wear lashes, she’s annoying and today she was saying to a co-worker “she always come here in the mornings and always eat the same thing”. Like, who cares? She’s there to make the food, not to see what people eat. So disrespectful and out of line.

Most Wawas are pretty good. This one is consistently not good. Dirty, bathrooms are wrecked and out of supplies, staff has an attitude. Obviously poorly managed, less than a year old and showing major deterioration. Plus, do ignorant stuff like let their delivery trucks block the whole side of the building so you can't drive around. Another indication of poor management. I gave them 2 stars because they are open and they have gas. Not recommended.

Stopped in here while on a road trip for bathroom break and to grab a bite to eat. No toilet paper in one of the women's stalls, and no soap in the men's bathroom (per my husband). One of the drink machines was down, there was water all over the floor around the self-service drink station/table. Ordered burgers and fries. Got back on the road and my husband was about halfway through his burger when he bit into a piece of paper in his sandwich. We have been to countless Wawas all over the state, and know their quality varies by area, but c'mon. No toilet paper? Foreign object in food? Definitely opportunity for improvement! At least the employees we interacted with seemed friendly enough and polite.

I’m always on the go and I’m always using online ordering if I wait on my vehicle everything goes smoothly but every time I decide to go inside to pick up my order and get anything else it’s a hassle, you can be standing at the online order spot for over 5 minutes and you get totally ignored and when you complain about it they catch an attitude. What has happened with customer service

Customer service is usually good at this location. I am a regular and most of the long time employees know me from coming in so much. With the exception of some sort of Supervisor by the name of Chris who is very rude to customers and has no clue how to deescalate a customer concern of any kind. For what this place pays their workers and mediocre food they offer customers, the least they could do is provide excellent customer service and basic respect. He should be an entry level worker at best. He definitely does not represent the Wawa brand with his poor attitude and aggressive behavior. I will be going to the South Sebring Wawa from now on if I want a drink and back to the neighborhood corner stores and gas stations that appreciate and remember their customers.
