Very clean store. Helpful associations behind the pharmacy. Amanda from Walgreens in Avon Park was a big help to me last month when they didn't have my meds in after 5 day's. She called the Sebring store and had my script filled for me. 100% satisfied with her being so helpful. She is very pleasant, always a smile ☺

Avoid using this pharmacy at all costs. They have no interest in helping you. They have never gotten my medication right, it’s always a hassle and I end up doing more work than any of their employees. I only gave them one star because Google won’t allow negative stars.

Went to the doctor on Saturday, had prescription sent in that same day. Was told I had to wait until Monday to pick up prescription. Waited until Monday, called that night and was told they would send in my prescription again because apparently it was not sent in. WHAT?!? no biggie, it was late and did not want to give the pharmacy tech trouble. So I let it slide. I check the app for my prescription to see that it was showing and saw it was only partially filled. Again, WHAT?!? I decided to wait until the next day to call. I called and was told they could not find my prescription on file. I will say again: WHAT?!?!??!! I got upset, and told the woman the runaround I had gotten since Saturday and that this was ridiculous, to give me a time and day for my prescription pickup. It’s not rocket science! Girl said ok give me a moment. Came back and said she could have my prescription filled that day, said they had enough MAGICALLY. So why they couldn’t fill it Saturday I do not understand but whatever, once again I let it go. I go there today on 5-7-2024 to pick up my anticipated prescription and the girl asked for my insurance which is OptumRX and she said they’re not contracted with them which literally made no sense because I just used my insurance with Walgreens the other day and had no issues. No problem, I went home to find a pharmacy that did accept my insurance and lo and behold, Walgreens, the exact location, was on the list. So I call my prescription drug insurance, optumRX, to verify if Walgreens is covered and yes they are. So I told the lady that I paid $20 for my prescription when I didn’t even have to! And she had to call Walgreens and get the charge reversed so I could get my money back. And she mentioned that there was a claim processed on Saturday for my prescription which even after calling Walgreens and talking to the pharmacist about, name was Stephen, he said it’s because when the prescription was sent, it was processed but there was a charge of .81 cents charged on my insurance which is shady as hell but I digress. I’m NEVER going to Walgreens for my prescriptions again. Terrible customer service, they can’t even fill prescriptions right, and get the runaround for a few days for NOTHING to get done at all.

Always great service. Depending on what time you go, you can expect to wait between 10 to 30 minutes.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Zero communication, zero customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

My experience with Walgreens is a one star because they lady there doesn't know how to do their job of reloading a card and ask me a stupid question do you know how much it is in front of my fiance and a other customer and I didn't feel comfortable how I was treated did you know how much is the reload it like I suppose to know when I don't even work there and that's way people don't want to come there to reload there card put cash on it and I reload it there before and the same ladies there too one with the black hat on and the other one, look at me like I was stupid and is that how you treat your customers there let me get corporate office in this matter see how what they say how they did to a customer in that store.

Waited in parking for the Walgreens store on 3027 US Hwy 27 South in Sebring to open at 6:00am, as posted and stated on website, but what I assume are the automatic lights just turned on in the whole store but no one came to the door to unlock it and open for the morning. There were a couple of other people waiting outside with me as well. At 6:12am, still no one opened the store and unfortunately I was already running late for work. Customers count on these posted hours to manage themselves as they can, especially when not feeling well. Pretty disappointing.

If I could give 0 I would. The pharmacy staff should not be working around medicine, I don’t know how any of them got hired as none of them seem to know how to do their jobs and have no sense of urgency or decent customer service. Straight trash!

No one is here. It is 610 am the lights are on and the building is closed. A delivery driver showed up and I told him there was no one in the store. It is sad there are no responsible people In this company to show up on time for there assignment work schedule.
