This people give me a phone in a Corpo promo and 3 months later I found in my account a new line $45 illegally added to my business account and others $20,45 plus fees and taxes of courses after 3 weeks spending time on this branch the manager told me that he it’s not was there when the employee lie to me about this !!!Don’t do any business here !!I should pay 110 plus taxes and they took 224,19 of me !!

My husband's phone broke. We were the first in line when the North Sebring opened at 9am. Jason greets us and we explained the situation. He got our info, said we needed to call Asurion. He gave us the number and says call them. We leave the store and start the claim in the parking lot. Jason's attitude was very rude so we didn't want to be in the store. We begin the claim and I have to go back inside to get the IMEI number. Like I said, his screen was broken and we could not see or find anything. I ask Jason, he points on my phone which one it is and goes back to his position leaning against the desk. I go back outside and finish the claim. The phone is still on and alarms are snoozing because we have no way to close it or turn it off. Jason's response was "it'll die eventually." I say, you can't do anything, take the battery out? No, no, Jason replied. As I was walking out I told Jason that in my 25 years of customer service, he is the worst I've ever seen. Jason proceeds to follow me (a woman) out of the store and begin a confrontation with me. His excuse was Asurion had to help, not him. I am a Supervisor of Operations over a major hardware chain. We deal with Allstate and Asurion on a daily basis. All online and store associates know to walk the customer through the process and give them whatever advise or information they may need. Not only was he unprofessional, he followed a woman outside of the store.. Do you want someone like that representing this company? Oh, the best part. When I said, you could have helped, he threatened to cut my service off for no reason other than my opinion.

Called before going in & when we got there she just takes the ba5ery out of the phone & puts it back in. It was fixed. I said you couldn't had me do that over the phone & saved me a trip all the way up here. Omg. With gas prices these days.

Two days ago, my husband surprised me with a new iPhone 14 Pro from Verizon. We are new customers who switched from Xfinity. Although Verizon's advertisements speak about "celebrating diversity" and "bridging communities", our experience at the Sebring Corporate store location went like this:As my husband and I walked into the store, we were greeted by the store manager (Jason Roberts) and once he got our first/last names his tone completely changed into a disrespectful and dismissing one - this guy had the biggest chip on his shoulder and was so arrogant. For the record, I am Hispanic and my husband is Middle Eastern. I let Mr. Roberts know that I would like to upgrade my brand new/2-day old iPhone Pro to an iPhone Pro Max due to my vision. I requested to get it in the same purple color as the Pro I was returning. He then up-charged me $50 for re-stocking fees and had me sign a paper prior to handing me the unsealed new iphone Pro Max box -he also stated that I would be charged an additional $30 to transfer the data from my 2-day old iphone to the upgraded one (we paid the same price 2-days ago). The problem is that once I opened up the (unsealed) box of my $1,100+ iPhone Pro Max, I noticed that the color was not the same as the Pro. Apple's purple-colored Pro is different from the purple-colored Pro Max. As a sales person and manager, Jason Roberts should have let me know that the color was different as well as the color options available for this model. Instead, when I politely stated that the color is different, he immediately said "You're stuck with it" (his exact words). I was surprised for being treated so rudely and my husband -understandably- became upset that his surprise gift had turned into an expensive nightmare. He questioned Mr. Roberts and in return Mr. Roberts threatened to have my husband kicked out and removed from his store. $1,200+ later we walked out with a phone that I didn't even want anymore. This cigarette-reaking store manager is rude, condescending and racist - which is why I'm returning my phone, cancelling my service and writing this review. Beware of Verizon and it's attempts at using trickery in order to tie you into their contracts.Verizon has great ads but unfortunately Jason Roberts cannot live up to their hype of diversity and inclusion. He made zero attempts at working with us until a much better qualified specialist (also by the name of Jason H.) stepped in and kindly completed our transaction.

Today while buying new service, I was appalled at the rude treatment I witnessed of an elderly gentleman seeking just a LITTLE BIT of customer service. He came in behind us and stood there politely with a folder in hand, waiting patiently for some assistance. The sales people were all in the back office when a clerk emerged, (we were already being helped at this time) didn’t catch his name but he knows who he is, when the old man called, “Excuse me Sir,” and began to explain his needs, when the rude sales clerk cut him off, speaking in a demeaning tone, told him, “It’s gonna be a while, there’s no one to help you,” and repeated himself rudely ever time the older man tried to speak a word. It was clear to me as a bystander that he had no patience and wanted to get rid of him. The lack of respect for the elderly is disgusting. Super sad. I work in a fast paced restaurant, I understand busy, but we never treat a customer like that. No excuse.

Verizon, Tray is truly an asset and yall need to pay him well and treat him good. He is knowledgeable with all the products offered. He makes the process much quicker, easier and plesent.
