I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. Had to spend several hours at this location to buy and process new and upgraded phones. Greg was a blessing to work with! Patient, kind, polite and good hearted.
Interacted with other employees as they assisted Greg with transferring info between phones to speed up the process so I could get on my way.
While passing the time in the store, I noticed sales rep not only met each customer at the door, they held the door open too.
Greg had answers for the huge amount of questions I had due to all the research I previously done. Actually talked me into a phone other than the one I had my mind set on and not even considered.

Had the worst experience there yesterday. Bought a phone a couple months ago and calls are not getting through. The guy said oh they're working on issues with the esim technology. Said I could buy a card but didn't know if that would work. Said he didn't work for Verizon so had no idea what the ETA was on a solution. Offered no help at all. I wont step foot in this store again!

My sales person was Luis Diaz. WOW! I've never had a better experience at a phone store!!! He was incredible. I stopped back the next day and he wasn't there. The person who waited on me, Sean Baldwin, was the polar opposite. I will always see Luis in the future. Kudos!

I cannot express how impressed I was with the service I received today from Andrew Brown. He was extremely kind, patient, and friendly. I didn't feel as if he was trying to sell me the most expensive plan, he gave me options, talked through what I needed and provided me with exceptional service. I honestly am considering of changing to Verizon just because of the excellent service I received from Andrew Brown.
Plus, he had his daughter there for "bring your child to work day" and she graciously played with my little boy as Mr. Brown assisted me. I wish I could give more than 5 starts - Thank you!
