Mail keeps ending up in wrong Box at sebring village 4x

Moved in my apartment 2 and half weeks ago. Still have not got a mail box key . Came back up to the post office and talk to the manger Jeff hut .He said that there’s nothing he could do that he would not know when I would get the mailbox key because they are short staffed . They need to hire more people !! This is ridiculous

Short line, wonderful customer service, and I could actually understand their question about "anything liquid, perishable, hazardous?", lol!
