I don't know why but the post office has a difficult time finding my mail box even though it has big numbers on it and I have a very big sign with my house number on it. I could understand if i lived clear out in the country in a rural area.I get other people's mail and they have gotten mine as well. My neighbors have the same problems. Please work with your employees and train them better. This is becoming very costly. THANK YOU FOR FINDING MY PACKAGE. I DO APPRECIATE IT AND I UPGRADED THE REVIEW.

I went to the Lakeshore Mall Sebring post office twice during the past two months to stop and to toward mail! I filled out the forward mail card and provided my identification ( drivers license)! I gave the verification code to the postal clerk along with the stop mail date at my Sebring Florida home as well as the start date to our Pennsylvania residence!
Today April 29, I went to the post office in Pennsylvania and the postal clerk said the mail card never went through! I would have to fill out another card, provide identification and get a new verification code. Mail at our Pennsylvania address would start in three weeks!
Pony express had a better, more reliable system than the US postal service!

I've had nothing but trouble with this location with any package that doesn't fit in a mailbox. In the past month, I've had 3 different incidents with them. Today, they marked that they "couldn't access delivery location." I looked at the time stamp and I was actually outside when they are trying to claim they couldn't access an empty parking lot. Last week, they marked something delivered when it wasn't delivered. I put in a ticket and they changed the status to "out for delivery" the following day and left me a voicemail saying it says it's out for delivery. That one finally got delivered. A week before that, I had 2 packages out for delivery on the same day. One package was marked delivered and left at the door. The second package stayed "out for delivery" for a few hours, then was marked as delayed. That second package was heavy, so I'm assuming the guy just didn't feel like lifting it that day. They seriously need to do something about their employees falsifying.

One star - they admitted to delivering the package to the wrong address (confirmed by their GPS data) - best they could do was give me their postmaster's name to use on a claims form, which can't be filed for 15-60 days after the incident. Absolutely abhorrent behavior, but I guess that's typical for government employees who can't be fired. Use UPS or Fedex, folks.

The weekend people have lost our packages, when we went to the post office to complain, instead of trying to find out the problem they tell us it came from Amazon just tell them it's lost. That's not right, the post office lost it, they should take responsibility for the loss.

I had to mail out a box and the clerk at the post office was very courteous and helpful. They are all informative and very pleasant too.

They NEVER answer the phone. They lie with respect to actual delivery attempts. Worst rural service I've ever seen.
