Stylist tried to take advantage of my previous generosity and non-balking at prices by over quoting the cost of a simple root touch-up+toner to a whopping $230. I'm not cheap, nor am I gullible. No thank you.

Consumer WARNING!!!!! Salon!
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go here for a haircut, or highlights. They obviously dont know how to do highlights.
Plus, they will butcher your hair. She cut my bangs so short..they too are uneven. They can't even dye it right! This was a master stylist!
I asked for red, I walked out with brown...my natural color.
This place is absolutely terrible.
The sides or my hair are uneven. I cant do anything to my hair, tried to pull the sides back to hide it...guess what? Can't...the one side wont reach!!!! :( ? Can't even go anywhere else because so much of it would have to be taken off to make even.
I've never had this bad a haircut in my life!!!

Everytime you order online for in-store pick up they never fulfill the correct order. When asking the manager, Merisella she basically just lied to my face. Horrible customer service at this location.

Was my first time coming in Miss Stephanie took care of me it was a simple clean up but she was so good at communicating with me through the whole appointment if you ever need your brows fixed she will definitely take care of it ❤️❤️ will be coming back

I just went into my local store to ask about a particular type of eyeshadow. The woman literally curled her nose up at me And said I don't know. I've only been here a year and a 1/2. It wasn't just what she said. It was how she said it. She was so nasty and it really upset me. So on the way out I asked to talk to a manager, and it turns out she was the manager. Isn't that a great example of customer service?
