Wish I had a time machine to go back and never open an account here. Definitely don't take care of customers. Subpar service and did not disclose terms of new account.
Update.
Finally closed the account and yep, it's still true, they don't excel at customer service especially since they charge fees for managing your account.

Horrible experience. Went to the Southgate Truist branch to makea deposit. I was told they were off line and I would have to come back. I was on my lunch break, very inconvenient to come back. I used to work at a bank. If we were off line we hand wrote a receipt then mailed one to the customer after we were back up and the transaction was processed. Planning on closing account.

Good treatment is of no use when those who work are not qualified to do their job and because of one of the workers I had to wait a week to collect a check for my work, truly a disappointment, I do not recommend this location
