I had a TCL phone that didn't pair up with my car. I spent hours on the phone with support to no avail. Took it to Verizon and they were unable to solve the problem. I then went to Total Telecom. And within 15 minutes he had my phone .connected! Smiles all the way around. I highly recommend Total Telecom Cell Phone in Sebring.

My Samsung 7 phone shut off and wouldn't come back on. I took it to Verizon and they couldn't do anything with my phone. I took it to John. He went above and beyond to help me. He sold me a new phone, and he was able to recover all my data. If you are in this area and need your phone repaired, I highly recommend that you take your phone to John. He is very professional and truly cared about helping me.

I know giandy at total telecom store 7 years now he's amazing I don't take my phone to no one else, guy does everything from repairing to unlocking he activate phone lines and he has phones in stock at all times Android and apple's, is a one stop have all store and he takes care all costumers like family , couldn't be happier with my repair guy . Highly recommend

For no apparent reason my Samsung S9+ locked me out of my phone and wanted a passcode I never had on it. Verizon tried every way it could and Samsung couldn’t rectify. We left with a name, Total Telecom, that might be able to help so I would hopefully get back into my phone without Reseting it. We left with the phone data intact, along with what he was doing and why. As a senior citizen it is great that his price was reasonable and I could continue to keep in touch with loved ones.
