“Century Storage 9200 Hwy 27 S in Sebring, Fl is an excellent facility in appearance and convenience.
Above and beyond that, after storing my HomeGoods for almost 2 years while our house was being built, I experienced wonderful customer service! Both Paul and Kimberly were outstanding in there job performance! On 3-4 different occasions they
needed to contact me because of an expired credit card or a change in credit cards when mine was compromised. I was always addressed politely and patiently. Upon my need to try & sell pieces of furniture that I no longer needed they individually both worked with me effortlessly to keep changing my move out date. At one point Paul came up to my car after it turned dark as I was waiting for somebody to show up to buy a piece. He was just checking on me and wanted to know if I felt safe with the individual coming to pick up. Kimberly & Paul both have pleasant personalities and they both are doing an awesome job. I hope they are both commended for jobs well done!”

“The storage location is not super fancy, but it's very nice. The prices are compatible or less than the newer storage locations. It's gated with a security pass code and it has security surveillance cameras. The manager of this storage facility is super nice and easy to work with.”

“It all started when I decided to start my search for a storage unit. I made several calls to different storage places. Some didn't have the right size, others were filled up and I called this one place that had an opening even though it was a little costly I was going to get it because it wasn't far from home.Well I continued my search and low and behold there was a storage place even closer, so I gave them a call.Tim answered the phone and I told him what I needed. Well well well, come to find out this place was even cheaper.. as I continued my conversation with Tim,he answered all of my questions.Tim has a soft voice, he wasn't pushy like others were. So Tim and I got things worked out and as soon as I made arrangements, I went out there and Tim showed me everything step by step. He was and still is very patient with me.All Steel Storage Sebring is gated, plus they have several locks depending on what size fits your needs.Just give Tim a call and tell him that Victoria Stowe sent you!? This is definitely a 5 Star.PS They are also building one in lake placid too.”

“I am a retired disabled police detective from Charlotte NC. Almost 3 yrs ago my girlfriend and I took our travel trailer to Stewart FL for a 6 month stay. After 4 months our dear little chihuahua became very ill the emergency vet in Stewart Florida stabilized her but advised we should get her back to her regular vet in Charlotte NC. I knew it would Be a while before we could get back and it was hurricane season so I decided to put the trailer in Sebring FL to protect it from the winds. After calling 5 or 6 storage places I quickly realized that Spring Lake storage Co was my best choice for the location and price. Their price was the best out of 6 locations. Due to health problems we have not been able to get back to Florida for 3 yrs. When hurricane Ian hit Fort Myers on the gulf coast and crossed over Florida it passed right over Sebring. I was scared my trailer was destroyed. I called and spoke with the owner of Spring Lake, Noah Jacobson who kindly advised me he was going out to check all of the items at the storage facility and would call me back with a report. He called back and thank God everything was fine because the hurricane winds were so dimished by the distance inland from the gulf. I have periodically checked in with him & he has been very professional in handling my inquiries. The prices were by far the best in the area and the security I observed when I was there looked first rate. Thanks, Jeff Cochrane.”

“Very nasty place even with the new paint job, units are over priced and the new management is terrible! There is nobody around this place if you need help....stay away. There are much nicer and safer places close by that are staffed and safe.”

“Storage today has any storage size units you could want or need .. they have some of the Biggest units in highlands county ! Honestly ! They have anything from parking storage rentals for RVs cars, boats trailers. Businesses are welcome to rent at all the facilities as well. They have anything from 5 x 8 units to units big enough to fit a fire truck or two in ! literally. If you’re looking for a facility that don’t hassle you and that is very clean and safe at all their location this is the one for you. The staff has always been super nice to me and this is the only facility that I found in the area that offers 24 hour access to any of their units and also has site managers available after hours. I buy storage units often in this area and this is by far my favorite facility to deal with . I even rent from them as well !”

“This place is brand new so it's very clean and I only have one small complaint, well two: it's so brand new that the atmosphere is like they are watching you and every move that you make waiting for you to break one of their rules. It's so uptight that you feel like you're walking on eggshells. The second one is you don't get access to the bathroom apparently because my key card did not work when I tried to access the restroom outside. That doesn't make any sense to me because I think everyone should have access to the restroom especially if you have a unit there. Other than the Hawk eyes vibe, the units are new so they're clean. There are a LOT of black widows! If you have an outside unit (not sure about inside units in the climate controlled atmosphere) pay attention when you go to reach and open your door or unlock it. They were all over my door every single time I went there. They're pretty easy to spot. And they are all over your bay door so be careful. Oh and they enforce access hours too unlike most storage units with outside pull up units. They don't allow access to the dumpster they have it under lock and key. Not allowed to smoke or vape on the entire property even in your own vehicle supposedly. They make you have renters insurance to cover your property and if you don't, you have to purchase theirs. And when you're in your unit, you know, maybe reorganizing and stacking your stuff or something, they ride around the parking lot on little golf carts and in the box trucks and stuff staring at you and trying to see what you're doing like 'what would you think I'm doing? I'm in my storage unit with my stuff'. They're just really weird and all up in your business. Maybe they'll relax as they get more customers and in the swing of things. Let's hope. Also it's a key swipe entry so you have to swipe the card over at the main building and then go to your unit and when you get done with whatever you need to do, then you have to go back and swipe out. And if somebody's unloading there or loading, because it's the only other entrance into the main storage with the climate control, then there's no room because there's only one door and it's the regular size of like when you're at the grocery store sliding open doors. So it'd be difficult to get some furniture in. If you have large items such as king size beds and anything at scale then you don't want a storage unit inside here”
