The man that runs the place was so super helpful not only helped me sell my things but gave me a whole lot more than any other place around highlands county, Jerry was his name. The way that man runs his business is how everyone who has a business should do it. Keep up the amazing work, politeness, understanding my situation with a compassionate attitude and friendliness almost leaving that store wanting to do something nice for a stranger thank you guys.

I have gotten better service here than ANY other high end jewelry store in Highlands county. If I've forgotten my loop they provide one. I can take my time and they've always answered my questions fully and truthfully. They don't treat me like an idiot and I always find what I need at great prices. I wish there were a ton more of stores and service people like them.

I wrote them on Facebook for a service and they blocked me and did not answer for no apparent reason. I would not doubt they are racists. Stay away from this place!
