Drove from Lake Placid to get to get me and my daughter a full set I got mine done but what my daughter wanted we had to wait till the young lady Ciara got there at 12. We were put down in her book for 1:00 so we left at 11:40 and came back at 12:45 she had someone in the chair at that time. So 1:30 came and she was still working on the client and one of the other techs walked over to her telling her that my daughter was next she said well I still have to do her feet and I have someone after this client. I don’t know what was said after that but I got up to leave because we waited 45 min already and as we were walking out she said to her client I don’t know why they put people on my book that I don’t even know. Which is rude because when you work in a place such as a nail salon that takes walk ins that who you service not only if you know someone. So we drove all the way back to Lake Placid to DND. Gave 3 stars because of I had gotten mine done already.

I am visiting here in Sebring and usually go to Regal Nails in Salem NH. I went in at 9 am on a Thursday and was seated in a chair for my pedicure. Yen is fantastic, she removed my old polish, cut my nails, gave me a wonderful leg and foot massage. she was so pleasant and friendly. my feet look and feel great. I highly recommend Yen, wish I lived closer I would go to her for all my manicure and pedicure needs. what a treat to find her.

Highly recommend the nail tech Queen at Regal Nails, I'm very picky but she slays everytime! Everytime my nails come out exactly like the inspo picture, she's super sweet, pays close attention to detail, takes her time, and she will keep redoing the design til it's perfect! Definitely love her.

Thank you SO much to Tommy and his awesome crew. On January 5th, he did my wedding nails for the day after. They came out absolutely BEAUTIFUL and I got so many compliments on them. Thank you Tommy for taking extra time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted. My sister and I came back for a pedicure from the rest of his team a couple weeks later, again absolutely beautiful job. They definitely take their time to ensure you have an amazing experience. I most definitely appreciate all their hard work! Thank you ALL again!

This is what my nails look like after 3 days. I ended up in urgent care. Went to get a refund and was told "The owner isn't here and I can't authorize anything" The lady getting her nails done at the time told the employee she should call the owner and get it refunded. Nope, just a sorry I can't help you. $75 spent, spent more at the urgent care and on a prescription than nails themselves. I learned the hard way.Regarding the reply from owner.I'm not from there. I'm no longer in that vicinity, so I cannot come back. I've had the nails removed. I'm now awaiting a refund. I'll update again and remove this rating if that happens.
