Was a client here for 3 years rebecca is knowledgeable about irs and tax laws but see ups your prices without notifying you and makes you pay for the mistakes her employees make I asked for my wife not to be on taxes this year before accountant started when it was completed with her on it she tried to make me pay $150 to fix her employees mistake watch yourselfes out there.

Ms. Benevides is nice and knowledgeable but….When you drop your paperwork you don’t know and they don’t know (only God knows)how long it is going to take for the return to be completed 1 month? 2 months? 3 months? It must be a supply chain issue…

I'll always use Rebecca Benevides for taxes! Rebecca is awesome and she also has a GREAT staff ?In particular Ana at the front desk is probably the most patient woman I've ever met! She was helpful in dealing with my thousands of questions . Thanks!

This person ordered instacart around 8am in the morning, ordered hot food with the deli not being open. Then when the driver arrived she was extremely upset and rude, told the driver right to her face "im taking your tip away". After already recieving her order excluding the hot food not available.I just thought you people should know the type of human garbage you are giving your business to.Edit: also it seems there may be multiple people working here, I am talking directly about Rebecca Benevides-noonan.

Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable and stays ontop of all the new tax laws. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful throughout the year, not just during tax season.
