Went in to buy an aquarium and fish and all the supplies. Nothing big. Just simple. So once I found an associate I asked if he could help me, I received major attitude. Understood don’t want to be there. I get it. Well I guess the fish I wanted was unavailable, and when I asked if you had something comparable he just looked at me and walked away. So I put away the stuff I had and left. It will be a looong time before I will consider going back

I took my pet yesterday I had the worst experience ever they left my dog looking horrible they cut her whole hair without my permission they told me a prize and it came to be another prizes they took 6 hours to give me my dog when it was empty they also told me that they would’ve have taken my dog to the animal hospital so they could chop all her hair off when my dog is healthy and doesn’t have anything these people can scam you with your eyes close.

I really like this store and I really don't want to write a review like this... but I've gone more than once now for crickets and the lack of help or customer service is wild. At least 5 employees were talking and doing nothing, walked by us as well after the cashier called us for some help with the crickets. I've had days where I've gone and employees have been speaking with their friends for 10+ minutes while knowing I'm waiting for help. The only great customer service I've gotten there was from 1 guy and also the cashier Jeanne. She is so helpful every single time and genuinely apologized on behalf of all the others sitting around while working.

Very friendly associates, but the store, and aquariums, are filthy. This is an update, about a year later. I will purchase some dry goods from PETCO, when I’m in a hurry. Otherwise, I’ll order from Chewy. The store is not clean, the aquariums are filthy. I’ve listened to customers ask sale associates aquarium related questions, and the associate will give an answer that is not correct. I keep my mouth shut, and walk away. There was one incident where, I answered a question for a customer, and the sales associate, told the customer, to not listen to my advice, because the associate told the customer, that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Just a little history, former pet shop owner,( over 30 yrs) and advisor for the Toledo Zoo Aquarium. Been in the hobby for over 50 years, with some experience in marine aquariums, currently I breed different types of Discus, Neon Blue Rams, and 3 different types of Angelfish, and various Koi Bettas My biggest problem with these chain stores, is the sales associates have no background in fish keeping, and usually give out poor advice.

We needed a seat cover for the back seat of our suv. They have multiple options of soft covers or cages/kennels. We went with the soft cover for the back seat and it worked perfectly for what we wanted.

First visit to Petco in Sebring for grooming for my 6 lb Yorkshire Terrier! Day, was our groomer and she was excellent & did a great job. My dog is only 5months old & very much a puppy. It was not easy but Day was very thoughtful & did as much as she could to give my dog a positive grooming experience. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff is very helpful and kind. However, the prices this store charges is outrageous. Looking for a training collar; same brand and size is $10 cheaper on Amazon. I understand making a profit but that is just taking advantage of customers. Will stick with comparison shopping and ordering from Amazon. However, Not for sure if they price match.
