“Im giving 5 points to this place!! I don't use pawn shops but if I did , I would drive here. I have been to a few stores with friends and watched them get treated horribly. Some how, this location was provided my phone number for a customer. After two calls, i was a little irritated so I called back. The manager is the one I spoke with and he removed my number and was professional and personable while also apologizing for the previous call that was diconnected ( I KNOW HE WAS JUST COVERING FOR HIS EMPOLYEE) :) , I get it lol) but all in all I would say he seems like a pretty honest person to go buy/sell/trade with . Thank you for not being nasty and rude. It does matter.”

“The man that runs the place was so super helpful not only helped me sell my things but gave me a whole lot more than any other place around highlands county, Jerry was his name. The way that man runs his business is how everyone who has a business should do it. Keep up the amazing work, politeness, understanding my situation with a compassionate attitude and friendliness almost leaving that store wanting to do something nice for a stranger thank you guys.”
