So I went in there and got a warm greeting. Then he asked me what I needed. I said I need in the air filter for my car since it wasn't changed lately. He asked me if I needed a cabin filter as well. I didn't even think about it and haven't gotten one since I got the car in 2017. It was disgusting. So glad he said something. Then offered to install them both. That was awesome. His name was Charlie and he is the manager of this store. Charlie has a high degree of professionalism that I would highly recommend. Thanks again Charlie!

I’m a 60 year woman from out of state who knows nothing about cars. Thought I just needed a headlight. Rob recognized there was a bigger issue going on and helped me get it taken care of.I couldn’t be happier with the kindness he showed me.
