I spoke with the coordinator who was helping on register. She was kind and answered my questions when I asked her about her role in the store. Most of the Cashier's here are kind.
Customer service is good.
This store is clean and orderly. I can find what I'm looking for.

We love doing our shopping at Marshall's, and the staff here is amazing!!!
Having said that, we do not appreciate the "Pet friendly " policy!!!!
Just today, I ran into a lady with a small dog on very long leach which was about 6-7 feet long. There was a customer that almost tripped over the leash. Then the dog got underneath all the long women's dresses and brushed up on all the garments.
Marshall's should review this policy !!!!!

My friend found 5 nice dress pieces for me, all perfect fit, size 10. I bought Bronners castile soap and , Mexican art decanter filled with hand soap. Beautiful doggie bed too. Very clean and friendly.
