Everyone, from the cashier in the Garden Center to the associates who stock the shelves, were pleasant and helpful. I needed help getting river rock and pool salt off the shelves and into my car. The were more than willing to assist me. Lowes has always been my go-to place for home improvement supplies and will continue to be just that.

The only complaint I have always had, you can never find a floor sales person when you want one.
Being 80 years old, handicapped and a veteran, I have had to leave several times, go home and have to go back later. A inconvenience for me.

I went there to buy a milkweed plant for the purpose of raising the caterpillars that will eventually become the monarch butterfly.
The employee in the garden department was very helpful in picking out a nice plant.

Everytime I go here, I've found the employees extremely helpful, even when I have a weird home repair issue. The employees know where to find items in the store and it's very organized.

Clean and well operated. The staff will walk you to where the product you are looking for is located. For a chain, this locations management seems on the ball. Typically the highest rating I give chains is a four.

picked up 28 16X16X2 white pavers today. pallet was on second shelf and first row was gone. asked employee if forklift operator could bring out the pallet. I was told that "They won't do that" I explained that I would do all the loading just need 5 minutes to bring pallet out. was then told "yeah not worth it for only 28" 36lbs each X 28= 1008lbs I had to climb up the rack, load on a cart, push out and reload in my truck. Exactly what a 58 year old wants to do. Employee walked by the aisle as I loaded but had no concern for safety as long as he didn't need to do anything. I love shopping at Lowes Home Improvement Center... I needed help and was given the best of the best to assist me in the ac department... Please give kudos to the female appliance tech for her help and also for the ring security camera suggestion... Kudos the all of the staff and management team....
