The service is nice, but when you upgrade for the car cleaning and you are having to sit in the brutal heat to wait. It's not worth it. They have no ac in thier building. It's a very hot wait. I would rather get my money back and go down the road to kia to get my car cleaned and will do that next time. This is the 1st time I choose the upgrade cleaning packing and I won't do it again. Just because of the heat. It's florida man get some ac where your customers can have a cool wait .

Worst experience I’ve ever had! As I pulled up, I was told some of the brushes weren’t working, but it would still clean my car. I proceeded to pay, then went through the car wash! None of the brushes were working, and it sprayed soap all over my car and then blew it off. TERRIBLE! As I complained to the first young man I saw, he informed me that if I went to the front office, i would get a refund for my car wash.
I was met at the stairs by another shady looking guy, who refused to give me his name, and told me that he could not give me a refund because I agreed to go in the car wash! He also informed me that there was no manager on duty. Both guys refused to give their names or the name of the manager! Proceeded to tell me “if I wasn’t happy…write a negative review!!” REALLY!!!!! Can we just be honest about things! I don’t mind paying for what I want… But I expect to at least get a satisfactory job for my money! TERRIBLE??

The staff so helpful, got oil change and car wash. My health is poor and that young offered to vacuum for me, as I was (am) too weak.

Don't use their mechanic or oil change services. Had my rack and pinion replaced here and after nonstop issues found out it was not only positioned in the wrong place but welded to the frame to hold it there!

been coming here for six months with my membership. vacuumes been broken over a month now. you would think they would fix them or atleast take some money off your monthly bill since no vacuumes are included. will be looking for another car wash if they aren’t fixed with in the next few days. spent a lot of money to have a dirty interior
