Get there early if you’re walking in and don’t read too deep to these reviews! Made sure to be there as close to opening as possible and was in and out within 20 min. Very clean and well run operation given the amount of traffic dealt with and staffing. Recommend testing here over waiting at Quest, 10/10.

I have always had a good experience with this office. I am elderly and for the 1st time in my life, I don't have a fear of the appt or needles. They have a great staff!

My apt was at 10.15am. It's now 10.15am. What's the purpose of making an apt.

I would give a 0 if I could. The customer service was terrible. The phlebotomist I regrettably had the displeasure of meeting was anything but friendly, in fact she was rather rude. The office was filthy, with dirty walls, floor, and doors! I was afraid to touch anything. After she called me back I started walking back following behind her. She stopped walking turned around and asked me to shut the door behind us. I wondered why she would ask me to shut the door and why she did not do this herself, but I obliged her. She did a great job of drawing my blood but a horrible job of sending the results to my doctor. After over a week of seeing or hearing anything from my doctor, I called but they had received nothing. I called Labcorp corporate office and they said the results were there but that she failed to send them to my doctor and my doctors information was on the script.

I have horrible DVT and its nearly impossible to get blood drawn anywhere without getting abused arms and end up using an ultrasound. After getting poked up with no results all over town (Quest) my husband said "that's it, we're going to my people" and im glad he did. Yahaira at LabCorp on lakeview got me on the first try with no issue at all. 5 stars, and she was running the whole place by herself.

One person to do desk work/checkin & do testing. This is crazy. There are 15 people in waiting area and haven't seen anyone for over 25 mins.

Waited awhile at the window. The woman that works there opened the door, almost hit me with the door. Did not say sorry or anything of that nature. Told us, not asked us, “You need to sign in and sit down”. I asked her where do we sign in at, there is no clip board to do so. She said at the kiosk over there. When I found the kiosk, she just ignored us and called a patient. The office was filthy. My husband and I left and went to another lab corp. my husband has terminal cancer and needed blood drawn. What a nice way to start our day with what he is already going through!

When the say they go to lunch at 12:00pm. They lock the door at least 10 mins. If not more before 12pm. They should say they close at 11:45. If you work, don't worry about leaving early to get there. It won't matter.

I wanted to take this opportunity to share our experience with LabCorp on Lakeview Dr. We arrived early on a Friday morning. We had appointment and there was 4 people waiting ahead of us. The lady. Yalibaria (the spelling is most likely not correct) was working as fast she could by herself! She was very organized, pleasant and most importantly pain free. She had a smile on her face, laughed with us in-spite of knowing she had a long day ahead of her by herself! There really should be a receptionist who helps the phlebotomist with the paperwork. Shame on Lap Corp working these individuals so hard without assistance! Great job Yalibaria! Thank you!

I'm travelling out of state and used this site for LabCorp's on demand service.I never even sat down after scanning my code before going back for a blood draw. The lab tech whose name I didn't retain is a wizard at finding veins - I am usually a hard stick and I was impressed!
