I have never been to a LabCorp inside of a Walgreens pharmacy before so I was extremely skeptical. My six year old autistic son had to get labs and I was probably more nervous than him (just thinking about the struggle of getting him to sit still) I went to the Sebring location and the two women working were Extremely patient and caring. They allowed my son all the time he needed to prepare for the blood draw. He did resist until the needle was placed. One small poke and a couple minutes later we were skipping out the door. Success!!! That was easier than I ever imagined and I can't thank the workers enough!!!!

Avoid like the plague. My wife, crippled, had an appointment for thus morning. She had prreregistered, had a code, ever. Get to Labcorp Walgreens and it's closed until further notice. No communication. People at LabCorp offered no apology or compensation. Suggest using Quest Diagnostics. LabCorp is incompetent and evil. May they fail!

Absolutely the worst experience imaginable. They are not even capable of drawing routine bloodwork. Terrible attitudes of the phlebotomist and the workers there. They're extremely uncaring and not interested in helping any patients at all. Waited an hour just for them to tell me that they can't do a test because their computer system isn't working. They didn't even care that you had an appointment Avoid this location at all costs

Just a terrible experience. None of the techs or phlebotomists are interested in helping you they couldn't even draw my blood correctly. Never gonna waste my time with them again. Very rude technicians with bad attitudes

Latisha in the Lake Wales, FL locale was my phlebotomist today and was quite professional. I am a medical professional and must say it was the MOST painfree blood draw I have ever experienced.

Do all you can to avoid this place!!!! , went to the bathroom when they called my name and was forced to wait for everyone else who was after me ! I even said something the next time a tech came out the door and was treated with attitude told to wait and had a door slammed in my face horrible customer service they do not care about you at all !!!!!!

Doesn't deserve any stars. Two of the rudest lab workers with major attitudes, who roll their eyes at you and refuse to do tests that your doctor orders. They apparently think they have the authority to remove a test from the order. As long as they are there, I will not be back.Update: Because LabCorp refused my test and "took it off my dr's order" it took me 16 days to get antibiotics to treat (what I now know is) an infection. I'm to the point I can barely walk because of the infections. Totally incompetent and unprofessional. They refused it on a Thursday, took until Monday to get the test elsewhere, the following Thursday to get results and confirm an infection and Friday to get antibiotics. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!

Both ladies drawing blood are very rude. One lady rolled her eyes at me twice. Very unprofessional. If they were looking to get rid of me, they succeeded. This was Labcorp at Walgreens in Sebring.

Went for test and she claimed computers were down. There was no way she knew we were there unless the computer was working. It’s computer check in and they have no windows where you check in.since there are no windows.Beware they close at 2:45. NOT 3:00 as advertised

I had to do a drug test for a new job and labcorp was who I had to go to for the test thinking all labcorp are the same I go to the one located off of likeview dr there is no one at the front desk and you have to register at this little self serve tablet I put the information in and sit down to wait the lady finally comes to the fount I give her the paperwork and she tells me that I have to go to the north lab corp(Walgreens )they don’t do drug testing at this location she said they close at 3pm so I had time to get there I drive across town I arrived at 2:04pm (I called to make sure what time they close the system said 3:00pm) I get inside write my name and time arrived on the sheet of paper(they have there self serve tablets blocked with a paper saying to use the sheet to sign in) I sit and wait a lady comes out and checks the sheet ask me why I was there I told her drug test for employment she said “we don’t do those test after 2pm” and points to a paper on the wall when I told her what the other lab corp location said about this site closing at 3pm an that I called and the automated system said the same NO WHERE DOES IT SAY THEY CLOSE FOR DRUG TEST AT 2pm not on the website not on the automated system and not by other locations.. the lady got very rude and said yes we clock out at 3:00pm I was then called back and another lady says the same thing we clock out at 3:00pm and started insulting the other lab corp location for sending me this is unprofessional in every sense

Go somewhere else. These people are lazy and have no idea how insurance works. They are argumentative and irrational. The ignorance is palpable.

Sylvia and Yakeshemia, were both really rude to me when I brought my daughter there for her lipid panel. I don’t need to catch an attitude from you when I’m there for medical purposes. 100% do not recommend these nasty attitudes.

I usually faint at other locations, but the people working at this lab (I've seen about 3 different ones) all have magical hands, it's practically painless and I am in and out fast. I will always choose this lab. Some test are not done here which sucks because I have to go somewhere else and I wish I didn't have too but I understand it is not in their control. Thank you so much for being great !

Refuse service for drug screen called in advance just to hear they are close and they where very rude and didn’t care for my time
