The room was clean, and the staff was great. The breakfast was lacking, though. Both days we were there they couldn't keep up with the food and there was a line to eat. The manager finally came back to help catch up the rush 30 minutes before breakfast ended. We waited 40 minutes to get a complete meal.

My recent stay at this hotel with friends was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The highlight was the delicious breakfast spread, which set us up for a fantastic day ahead. The hotel's peaceful location and warm, friendly staff only added to the charm, making our visit truly unforgettable. We felt right at home and can't wait to return! Thank you.

Booked this hotel because the room looked comfy and nice, the room I got was dark dingy and empty!! First picture was room I got 2nd was what I reserved. The hotel would only give me refund for 2nd night with cancellation fee. Did not stay there but I still had to pay for 1st night. I will never stay at Holiday Inn again

Very nice place. Friendly people. And still has that brand New Smell. It doesn't really get much better than this. I'll be staying here again for sure. This Holiday Inn location will most likely be booked up during holidays, and all of the race season for sure !!! Book early. It's a nice place !!! I travel a lot for work,so I stay in about 100 to 120 different hotels a year, and I like it.

I checked in at this property at about 4 pm for a one night visit, it is very well-kept and has a “different” exterior color scheme than most Holiday Inn’s. It is situated on a parcel right behind a Denny’s which is 24 hours and a short walk across the parking lot. When I checked in I was promptly greeted by the front desk agent & manager. Due to me being an IHG rewards member they upgraded me from a standard king room to a suite and gave me a coupon for a free snack and drink from the express mart in the lobby. It includes a variety of candy, chips, and drinks which are available for purchase 24/7.At the time of my visit the hotel was under renovations, as informed by a sign in the lobby; as well as being told at check in that the pool was under renovation. This particular property is 3-stories and I was given the choice at check in to be on the second or third floor. I chose the top floor which I normally request every visit. The room was spacious and clean, since I was upgraded to a complimentary suite I had a small “living area” with a desk and pull-out sofa.My room was very clean and everything worked as expected. There are a variety of different restaurants in addition to the Denny’s across the parking lot within a short driving distance as well as dollar and convenience stores. There is a hot breakfast available at 6-9 in the morning which, I chose not to utilize; rather the Denny’s. However, I would imagine it includes the standard pancake machine, cereal, scrambled eggs, etc.I was also granted a late check-out, however only for an additional hour, which was fine. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area if I ever find myself needing a hotel in Sebring or the surrounding areas I will gladly be back!Rooms: Spacious, quiet, and clean!Safety: The property seemed to be in a safe area, the room had standard lock, deadbolt, and safety latch. Safe was available in room for use.Walkability: Denny’s is a short walk across the parking lot.Noteworthy details: The staff was very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean!

Fantastic hotel. It's located nearby town and has a Denny's right outside. The room I stayed in was recently remodeled and looked fantastic. Staff was friendly. Was an absolutely great experience staying here.

The hospitality at this hotel was exceptional at every level. Most enjoyable was the exceptional service from the front desk manager Victoria. From the reservation help to service while at the hotel Victoria was the model of friendly professional hospitality. Actually that goes for the entire staff.... friendly and all about friendly service. They have a great culture at this property. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the gym, albeit not huge, had new workout equipment and very clean. We'd definitely stay there again.Thanks Victoria and staff.RonNoteworthy details: Great
