I like to use the machines inside for an hour, then I jog in the pool for one hour, which takes the place of walking! As it is too hot and humid to walk in the heat!

It's nice but there is almost always something wrong with the pool so I can't go

We're moving to Sebring and the staff was friendly and we enjoyed the tour and facility. Definitely joining
