I moved to Sebring 2 years ago, and it’s been hard to find an auto shop like Highlands Complete Auto. They took care of me in 24 hours, were priced very reasonably, and are very hospitable while you wait! Hopefully I won’t need them that often lol, but if I do I’ll only go to them!

Great customer service! Been here a few times for services. I had an issue with a major oil leak and a coolant leak that I paid over 2 grand for Christian Bros in Orlando said they fixed AND IT WASN'T FIXED! I love that the repairs come with a warranty as well. There was still some leaking and I went back and they did the repairs under the warranty so it wasn’t an added cost. They’ve also done my oil changes and fixed my AC. The work doesn’t take forever and it’s reasonably priced.
Only did 4 stars since I relocated here recently from Orlando and want to see the longevity of the repairs since I’ve had horrible experiences in the past from other shops where they say it’s fixed and the problem returns. You want them to squeeze you in for a service? They will do it! And I love that they also bring you to the back to show you exactly what the issue is and don’t push you to get extra work done. AND THEY OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT ON THE LABOR! I say HOOAH! Bravo ??!

Had my Nissan towed to Highlands expecting a major repair due to speaking with another mechanic. Highland's mechanic diagnosed my issue and made the repairs needed and saved me a lot of money and time. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to use them again.

I stopped in to get an appointment to have a serpentine belt replaced. A tech walked in and said he would do it right now. Done. Happy. Already brought them a second car to repair, and it was done really quickly. These guys aren't messing around.

I had taken my 2002 Wrangler to another mechanic in Sebring TWICE with literally nothing done the second time after having her for 4 days other than to suggest a fuel treatment. More than angry & exacerbated I took my chances on Highlands Complete Auto. Tim was absolutely wonderful & very knowledgeable and upfront about the possible problems and costs. After only having her a day and half I picked her up & she's running great. If I need auto work before leaving Sebring or if I were ever to return here I will return to Highlands Complete Auto.
UPDATE: Due to an accident while leaving Sebring, I had to return again to Highlands Complete. Not only did they do what was necessary for my Wrangler, they went above and beyond to help me. They are very competent, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this shop over any other in the area.

This was a great place to get my oil changed. As part of the oil change there was a checklist they performed which showed I needed some minor things performed like tire pressure, windshield washer fluid, filters etc. Good service in a timely manner and an honest price - labor was only 15% of the total cost.
