I’ve been working with Halvorsen’s for over 8 years in SUV’s and convertible cars I’ve owned. 100% efficient and pays extremely to close detail of all the wacky things I’ve asked him to consider fixing in the vehicles of mine. He does so with excellent listening skills to what the problem is, possible solutions and works diligently to do the best job he can on difficult situations. He’s a gentleman on top of being a pro at what he does which says a lot about the man. If his shop were anywhere near the coast he could charge triple what he does and in Sebring his shop is a true diamond in the rough. I’ll always go back to him for the exceptional work at modest and reasonable charges - you can’t find this anymore in our area. Here are a couple of photos after he saved my convertible from doom that was 100% my fault just this week. I side stepped having to get a brand new top which he could have told me I had to do. Saved my $1,000’s! Well done!

This the 2nd time I have Lyle of Halvorsen Auto Restyling work on my truck seats over the years. Both time came out great. Lyle is very personable, professional, and punctual. I would not go anywhere else!I highly recommend Halvorsen Auto Restyling!

Needed 2 sun visors recovered. Sun had destroyed them. Lyle gave me a great quote and warned me it might be a month because he was so backed up. In 2 weeks he had them done to perfection and right on the estimate! Remember, though, he does not accept cards of any kind. I recommend! Very pleasant!

To anyone and everyone needing automotive interior repair or upgrading, Let me tell you about my experience in having my 2004 G.M.C. Sierra S.L.T. seat ( Leather ) cover replaced. After searching the internet for a repeatable auto interior specialist I found "HALVORSEN AUTO RESTYLING " web page !!!! I contacted Mr. Lyle Halvorsen by phone. a very pleasant man that guided me through the things I would need to do to get my seat cover replaced. We came to a agreeable price, agreeable time he would need the vehicle . At the appointed time I took the vehicle to his shop in Sebring. I will say this gentleman took his time, paying attention to the details of his task, checking every task it insure it was done correctly. He also did a couple of extra things to improve the quality of the fit of the product he was using . Upon competition of the installation I was pleased and surprised at the quality and the fit of the seat cover. I would defy anyone to tell me which seat cover was replaced, the job was done that well !!! So If you are in need of automotive interior repair or upgrading of your daily driver, SHOW Vehicle, or work vehicle I strongly recommend you contact Mr. Lyle Halvorsen. I went by for an estimate on very basic upholstery in my van and in spite of not a single customer in the shop he suggested my job required a "custom upholsterer" in mere seconds of discussion of my needs, but which is not the case at all. It really perturbs me when people talk to you like you're stupid, if you don't want a job just say so. Seems he just does this for a hobby I guess? Thing is I know he didn't want the job because I didn't need him to do the entire job, I brought the materials I wanted so he wasn't going to be able to charge me triple the price but this is no way to do business. I have other work but have never used this business before and until I get a sense of the quality of work and price of a trade shop I'm not going to have more expensive jobs done with them, so, to brush me off was his poor business acumen. Now I know why his shop is empty, some business is better than none.

Lyle at Halvorsen Auto Restyling is the only person I would trust to work on the interior or vinyl top of my classic car. Lyle replaced my classic car's vinyl top and simply did a fantastic job.
