My daughter was visiting and needed a hair trim. She wants to share her experience:

I started having my hair cut, very short around 4yrs ago. I no longer had a regular beautician. So, I tried Great Clips. I now rely on them, whether in Missouri or Florida.

It's like rolling a dice. Some of the people there will give wonderful haircuts, but others won't. I received some of the worst haircuts I've ever had here. I showed multiple hair examples and references, but they didn't listen and gave me bald spots on both sides of my head.

Went in for a kids cut, checked in and waited probably about 30 minutes. But I did notice that the cleaning process they do take a bit. When it was our turn I notice that the girl with tattoos and another lady skipped my son (like they didn't want to deal with a kid). They think I didn't notice but I let it slide. Diana was the one that was left with my kid's haircut and she under the circumstance did the best she could.

How hard is it to listen to your customer?? I mean effing really!!! I know what he told you, "Just a trim, don't touch the top, collar length"... Not hard, simple straight forward instructions. DID NOT DO ANYTHING HE ASKED!!! NOT A DAMN THING. MORONS. When a person tells you what they want and you do what you want. You suck!!

Yesterday I walked in to get a haircut. Kelsey was my stylist and I showed her a picture of how I would like my hair cut. I have fine straight hair that needs precision cutting to look its best. She said that she has had a lot of experience with fine hair and cut my hair perfectly. Kelsey took her time and my new haircut looks amazing!! I will come in for haircuts on a regular basis and ask for Kelsey each time.

The staff was fantastic. I'm used to getting a hair cut and having random long hairs and hair left on the back of my neck. I came expecting that but found my hair was even everywhere and my neck was perfect. They did a fabulous job on my daughter at the same time. I would highly recommend everyone to go to this Great Clips. They are now my go to place to get my hair cut. Kim is fantastic there as she cut my hair and Blanca did a fantastic job on my daughter. If you get your hair cut by any of the staff here I'm positive you'll have the same results. Be sure to say hi to Kim and Blanca.
Requested style: Blanca did a wonderful job on a style my daughter found on the internet. She saw it once and made it happen.

Joy was very kind but I would run not walk if she's the one "trimming" your hair. I went in and asked for a trim. She had my part weird after I asked her to fix it. She ended up cutting 5-6 inches off of my hair and tried to give me an asymmetrical bob. I stopped her when she was getting ready to cut further (THANK GOD) and she asked "weren't you the one who wanted the asymmetrical bob." I said no. She finished the "trim" which had to be done at that point because she had already cut a chunk and I went home and had to cut more hair (about a 5-6 inch chunk) to match the length she chopped because she missed it. And it was a pretty thick section of hair.

A great place to get a haircut. You always know when your time is called. Nicki was great. She was professional and knowledgeable and helped me choose a style. Love my new haircut and the price was a good value.
