Dustin is one of the most unprofessional business owners I’ve ever worked with. He quoted me for a sign for my business and excuse after excuse on why it couldn’t get done for over 7 months my request for a refund STARTED! It’s now been one year and he still won’t refund my $1800. Amazed he runs a business…I see you responded and also didn’t mention that you put those banners up due to not putting up my signs after 8 months of back and forth, also charged me for those and I had no problem with that, I would simply like my $1800 refund as requested, I’ve given you numerous “I need more time”, you gave me $200 of my requested refund in 5 months. C’mon Dustin, I’ve been MORE then understanding, and didn’t want to have it get here at all.

Dustin was fantastic to work with to help us with our fence signs. He was very responsive, easy to work with, extremely helpful and even worked with us on a hiccup that was unforeseen. The signs themselves turned out great. We will definitely be using Florida Signs again.
