Stopped in a couple of times with my cousin to do our annual end of the year workout (he and I don't live locally). Although, there were many people there today the machines weren't overcrowded. Great selection of weight training machines and apparatuses for both beginners and more advanced exercisers. The machines were in good condition with spray bottles and microfiber towels available for cleaning them off. I think disposable wipes are more hygienic but I understand the need for economy. They have smoothies which I haven't tried yet and a photo room complete with soft boxes and a tripod. My cousin and I had a lot of fun taking photos. Great way to motivate and celebrate your fitness journey. This is the only gym I've ever been in that had this feature. What a creative draw.

Best gym in Highlands county! Great atmosphere, top of the line facility/equipment and great staff and owners. If you’re looking for a place to continue or start your fitness journey, this is definitely the place. Highly recommend!

Our son had an opportunity to go to school out of town and we moved as a family. I myself spoke with the owner who said no worries regarding the contract he would have it waived himself. Months later we received harassing calls from a collection agency and came to find out that the agency had reported it to the credit bureau and the credit had dropped 70 plus points!!! I then called the gym yet AGAIN, this time nobody had any recollection of waiving the contract but instead kept trying to solicit money after the fact the credit is trashed. Our son caved and paid it off. Here we are 2 months later and the credit bureau still hasn’t been updated. Strictly speaking these people are trash ? and lied to us not once but twice!!!

Just joined 2 weeks ago. The convenience, parking right up front, its 24/7, free weights, and pricing for a private gym is a deal makes it so easy to get an early workout before work.

Good gym, good price. The equipment (some) isn't very comfortable to use as the motion of it is sort of off. Got rid of the tanning bed for a fit3d scanner which is nice but the tanning was included in membership while this is not. The front desk is frequently used as a hangout spot which is kind of uncomfortable to walk into. Overall it's a great gym with some minor annoyances.

Oh my goodness ! The absolute best food and smoothies ever ! They have preworkout drink, redconn total war, herbal life products, and great sweet customer service! What great energy and breakfast options .. açaí bowls and oatmeals! The only two cents I will add in as a request is maybe using eco friendly food containers... other then that the owners and people part of this fitness community and team are truly incredible people. Thank you for powering my workouts !
