    The old-fashioned way of basic customer service banking! You're not just a account number with these people. I really enjoy doing business with them.

    Opened a checking account here after visiting Bank of America and the representative told me they (BOA) never answers their phones. I called Southern 4x in one day and they answered every time, almost immediately. Opened the account with ease, no appointment necessary. Even got a free high quality pen!
