We had a great experience from start to finish. Cynthia was most helpful over the phone when we needed to order a Walker for my Mom. The service was so fast. We received the new walker several days after ordering it. Amanda delivered it and showed my Mom how to use her new walker..was very polite and helpful. Thank you all very much!

Respiratory therapist Eric in the Sebring, FL office has taken care of us faithfully for the last 4+ years. He advocates and goes above and beyond his call of duty to keep up with appointments and any supplies that are needed. We moved 4 hours north and he still makes sure we have everything needed since the local office does not service the machine that is used. We really appreciate everyone that works together to keep in compliance with insurance and answers any questions we may have! Highly recommend Encore respiratory / Adapt health!

Technician Eric was friendly and very knowledgeable - in my book, the most important attributes. He patiently answered all questions, did not belabor any points, but still followed all the rules for which his company holds him accountable. No information was missing, all relevant facts were covered in a calm way. He easily adapted his approach in talking with me to account for my many years of using a CPAP. I never felt like I was the subject of a lecture... instead, just a comfortable conversation. Well Done!

Technician was very respectful and stayed and answered all my questions until I was completely good with it. Thanks guys. Oh and Service was extremely fast and efficient, thought I would have to wait at least 2 days, they were here the day I called. Great service I would recommend them to in a heartbeat.
