Love dollar tree it's my favorite store but when I saw a cashier following me with a phone in his hand then turn down other areas went back to cashier I not stupid I saw what I saw and don't lie and he was not looking for anything for a customer where someone there or not and I don't steal so I called talk to Jenny and she said that she going to talk to him

Store manager has a hilarious attitude every time I go shop I spend more than 50 dollars that’s because I love my dollar tree such a shame that I have to be disgusted by her attitude she acts like she it’s the owner when she is just another 9 to 5 replaceable KAREN

I went into the store and was looking around. While looking I heard a person, assuming she is the manager, talking with a customer by the door while the cashier was trying to keep up with the line.I shopped for about 10 minutes and got what I went in for. That wasn't a problem. The problem was listening to her discussing hiring and not hiring people and also about talking about her electric bill being so high. I could hear her and the customer throughout the whole store. When I was done shopping, I went to the one line that was open, while continuing to listen to her STILL talking to this customer, not noticing how long the line was getting.Finally, she went over to the other register and asked for the next customer. The man in front of me went over and I followed. She then ranted to him about her electric bill and added how she thought we would soon be using Yen and Ruppee soon. Also talked about how China and Russia will be taking over everything.I do not need to hear things like that in a store. If you want to discuss things like that, do it at home. I am not interested in your opinion about anything. I just want to buy my stuff and get it rung up in a timely manner. I think I will need to start driving further to the North Dollar Tree store now. Hopefully that store will be better.Corporate should let their employees know they should not be talking about things like that out on the sales floor. Save it for the backroom or home. The name on receipt was Jennie.

The store manager "deedee" screamed and cursed at my wife in front of our children, in front of other customers and even had her employee emelia join in.This behavior was completely unacceptable and for it to be the store manager is even sadder.As we demanded corp. Info and process for complaints they continued to curse and be unprofessional and refused to provide that info to her.I want someone to get back in touch with me within 48 hours, if not I will be taking this to more publicly, this is unacceptable and I demand accountability.
