If you value great customer service go to Darren Thomas Glass Co. They are the best. Hailey gives excellent customer service. She helped me file my insurance claim to get my windshield replaced and made everything so very easy for me, she's the best. I will make this my go to place if I ever need any kind of glass replacement. Thank you so much Hailey!

Windshield Replacement
The customer service at Darren Thomas Glass is horrible. The young lady that handle paperwork & scheduling has a real stank attitude. Very impatient with customer give you extra rude dialogue but claims that's the way she apologizes. Mary the owner tried to smooth things over but I lost faith in their ability to take the time to rectify the problem from the 1st job that was completed at their shop. Yes unfortunately the windshield wasn't sealed properly and it started leaking in my car after heavy rain showers and their were some electrical issues after the leak. Sad part is the young lady asked questions like I was the one who was negligent. But within 15 mins she claimed that they found the leak and took care of it. I don't believe they resolved the issue but the young lady didn't want to take the time to explain what they found and explain what was needed to be done before they did anything to my vehicle. All I have to say is if Mary don't get a handle on how their customers are treated and spoken to, she will be loosing a lot of referrals just because of the attitude of their front desk person. I still am concerned about my vehicle and the issues the leak may have caused under my dashboard.

Professional and excellent service. My Prius windshield was destroyed by an errant rock from the road. They replaced it without issue and were easily able to negotiate the myriad of sensors and such attached to my car. A feat worthy of praise in itself.

They were very cautious about making sure they ordered the right windshield for our car. But here is my greatest compliment, the staff was very RESPECTFUL. Every time they were spoken to, it was yes sir or no sir. I will refer my friends to this company. GOOD JOB ? ?

Our experience with Darren Thomas Glass was outstanding! There was timely communication by Haily throughout the replacement of our RV's windshield and metal trim showing each step of the work done. We would highly recommend their services!!

The staff and operations at Darren Thomas glass in Sebring are definitely a joy to work with. Both times I've had to bring in a vehicle for a windshield repair they have been prompt professional and done a great job I definitely recommend them.
