Excellent location for a Pharmacy.. Too bad the one operating there is a “Charlie Foxtrot “. Received a text saying Rx is ready. Drive from Frostproof to Sebring only to be told, “we have no record of your prescription “. Apparently SOP at this store.

if i could give less then 1 star i would, this place is so busy and sooooooo understaffed its not funny. I stood in line for 25 min to pick up a script I dropped off in person yesterday and the lady even remembered me and still couldn't find script. NEVER going there again.

This place is terrible service long lines. Prescriptions are faxed and from doctors office and never gets processed. until 3days later. No organization, not sure what is going on. please get it together
