  Coach Ricky and Kaitlyn are awesome! Dropped in a couple times while I was visiting and they were so welcoming it made this gym feel like home. The members were also so friendly and the workouts were awesome, a good mix of strength and metcons. I would definitely come back next time I’m here!

  Excellent Atmosphere and Instruction! I’ve been to a lot of gyms in my 10yrs of CrossFit and in my own personal fitness journey. Just dropping into 863 for the day made a huge impact on my day with their positive energy and community! Something you won’t find at a commercial gym!

  Dropped in for 3 days while visiting from Sarasota. Great box! Coach/owner Ricky is super cool. You can tell he knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. Solid programming, good coaching, good vibes, great atmosphere.
