I am in Florida for the Shop Hop. I called last week to verify their hours and was told that they WOULD be open Monday thru Saturday 10 - 4 just for the shop hop. I worked really hard on my itinerary to get all the shops done in 2 weeks. I put them down for Monday, only to find out they were not open! I drove almost 2 hours for both the shops in Sebring just to get there and they were closed! I ended up driving up to Lakeland, doing that shop and staying the night only to double back Tuesday morning. When I got there at 9:30, thinking I would be early enough to just plan out my day, they were open! The young lady behind the counter said they are open at 8 am for the shop hop! Imagine how frustrating this is when you are planning a trip that has to work around crazy shop hours and when you call, nobody knows what the stores hours are! This shop ended up taking 6 hours total out of my travel plans, and now instead of being done and heading home Saturday, I have to wait until Monday!

I’m making my first baby quilt. I called told the lady what I was doing. She was so polite and helpful. I will be putting the quilt top together and they will finish my quilt. I’m so glad I found you.

Crafty quilters is a unique shop. DeeDee has knowledge about anything to do with sewing. She not only makes beautiful quilts, purses, holiday items, etc. She has classes to teach you how to do them. She sells and services Janome sewing machines. DeeDee also can fix just about any brand. They sell beautiful material and all sewing supplies you could want. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for sewing advice or help.

Crafty Quilters was enjoyable to visit. DEE DEE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND I FOUND THE MATERIAL I NEEDED. ENJOYED TALKING TO HER OTHER CUSTOMERS , WHILE I HAD MY MATERIAL CUT. I WILL GO BACK AGAIN AND TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT CRAFTY QUILTERS.

Dee has been a godsend to a new quilter like myself. The selection of fabrics and the sewing tools is amazing for such a tiny store.

Huge selection however this shop needs some customer relations training. Should be a treat to shop for fabric, too much undercurrent of negativity in the shop.

Great little shop. Beautiful 891286 quilts, table runners, etc. and patterns galore. Accessories and classes and things I probably didn t even see. A "Must GoToPlace" for quilters and sewers.
