Recently moved back to Sebring and went to this location to get internet service and mobile phone service as well. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Ethan who took the time to explain my options and the promotional packages that were available. Ethan was extremely knowledgeable and a very personable young man. Within less than a half hour he had processed my internet service and switched my wireless service from AT&T to xfinity mobile. He made sure to double check that my Cel was working properly and gave me some advice on how to set up my modem. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the customer service I received at this location.

Same thing they didn’t cancel nothing in my package expensive bill every month I have to switch with essential program They always told me that they disconnected me for three months to be essential program and it was not true, the same day I was able to switch to essential program and pay less

I have been with Xfinity since Xfinity WiFi was a thing and I can definitely say this year has been the worst by far for customer service agents on their end. I believe that they are pushing these agents to sell packages without explaining to customers in full detail what the package entails as far as pricing and what people are being charged I was scammed into a A package deal for my Internet and cell phone and nothing was what the agent explained. after speaking to multiple supervisors And multiple agents trying to fix the issue I decided to leave Xfinity and choose Verizon Internet.

This internet service is pathetic. Aside from all of the people involved to make it work, the product is far below acceptable. The network frequently drops, speeds are inconsistent and slow and it's not inexpensive. Usually in the evenings, the speed is so slow, I can't bring up a browser to test internet speeds. With all of the people, hardware, and software to operate an internet service provider don't understand why it fails so frequently. I have to assume it's a poorly managed company.

Switch to Verizon. There were three people in the place but nobody could tell me or answer my questions about the new phone I acquired plus I put them as my television connection very unsatisfied. No help no answers nobody could answer my questions I'm not the person behind the desk they're supposed to help you with these things an operating a new phone

We decided to save money and "cut the cord." We had to go here to return our cable equipment. It was quick and easy to do.
We had only a positive experience with Comcast/Xfinity as our cable provider.

Yes, my daughter and I were there about a year ago. At our apartment we had to suffer with CenturyLink , very slow.
Thankfully we went back a couple days ago to get our router and after moving into the house, we were able to get it working , hurray for Xfinity.
My daughter and I will go back either Monday or Tuesday as we also got a great deal on the cell phones ? too!
