After spending almost $100 and pointing out the drastically different lengths, she filed a bit more and sent me out with nails this crooked. My cuticles are so sore and red from where she filed into them. The side profile is absolutely atrocious. There's acrylic still stuck under the tips.

They always do a quality job. The shop has added more thrown chairs to accommodate walk ins. I have been going for more than 10 years.

So I called and asked to make an appointment for GelX. Honestly not having seen the application before I did not know what it entailed. I made an appointment for GelX I was talked out of the gel X during my service. They didn't tell me they were doing acrylics . And they don't look great at all.. ... they look like acrylic tips and that's not what I wanted at all when I told the girl in the front, while paying. they apologize and said next time I come in I can have my tips fully removed and then gel X put on. They did not offer me a refund or any kind of discount just said next time you pay for removal of acrylics and get new GelX The only reason I went to this place was because they are the only one in town that's supposedly do to GelX

The last couple of times, actually it's been since before Christmas. I was on vacation and the dip was coming off. I went to a nail tech in Missouri, she told me their not using good product. I'm not going back because my nails are lifting, this is the last straw. Plus, I totally hate when they talk in their native language, it's just plain rude.

The first time I went the technician rushed through doing my nails. So I did not request her the second time. The second time I asked for the exact same thing. I found out the technicians can charge whatever they want. They evidently don't have a set price for things. I won't be going there again.

Personally I have been to this place several times over the course of 4 years since moving here. About every other time I go there I get someone who cares to do a good job. The nail tech I got this time was quick, but he didn’t care to do a good job. Also his tools were reused which is gross. I paid for a pedi and he didn’t do what was listed on the menu. As far as my nails go, I’m not thrilled. I usually do them at home myself and I can say i would’ve done a better job as a beginner. My acrylic nails are crooked and that’s hard to look at when I had paid to have them done. Still tipped well. Will never go back.

First time ever coming in this place, it was nice at first, until the lady painted the nails she rushed and missed a lot of my nails , I accidentally ruined one and she.fixed it then waited 2 minutes to rush me out to pay and get out with a wet nail and soon as I put My seat belt on it got destroyed,, after that I was over the entire place. I asked for a refund bc they couldn't cover my entire nail , just waste my money, my step daughter was with me and they couldn't cover her entire nails either., would definitely not go to this place, they don't care about their customers

Mostly Oriental staff talking among themselves in their native language while they work on customers.
