I once again go to bank at this branch and deposit a check, I called Rich at the other branch by mistake thinking it was the branch I was at he said there would be a 2 day hold on my check. I deposit it to find out that the bank put a 7 day hold it is the 5th and won't be available till the 17th. They would not take care of this and will not release the hold. My account here gets direct deposit once a week. It takes the bank 2 days to clear this check why do I have to wait 7 days for it? So my account bounces and they can charge me??

Been with this bank through three or four different names; the employees have always been competent and kind.

I've had nothing but praise for this bank. Although it's name has changed at least twice since I started banking here, the service and politeness of the employees has stayed first rate. I mistakenly got charged for a service that was incorrect. When I mentioned it they immediately corrected it. No hassle. Probably the only complaint i have is the speed bump at the right end of the drivethru. It's more like a mini wall than a bump.
