Best small engine shop around with convenient locations in Lake Placid and Sebring. They picked up my mower, diagnosed the problems, fixed it, and delivered it back to me. My mower runs great now and the customer service was EXCELLENT. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I did not feel welcome when i came in for the first time ever. Walked all the way up to the counter and stood for 3 seconds and said “hi” before they acknowledged me. I was the only customer there btw. When we spoke about the part i needed i understood right away the two guys had 0 customer service skills. They could possibly be lawn mower experts but definitely lost a potential customer. Carry on.

Did not fix what tool was brought in for. It ran in shop upon picking up. Once on job site would not start and once it did start would not stay running and ran worse than it ever did.

Horrible customer service and people skills. Maybe they treat you better if you buy a mower from them and then need a repair. After their repair, my mower was still not working right and when I brought it back it just sat there so I just came and got it. And even though I had never had an issue starting it, they put a new battery in and now it won't start unless I jump start it.This place was recommended by a neighbor but I sure can't recommend it to anyone else.

I was in there yesterday to get bolt for my lawnmower to work and suppose to order it and my brother and my husband Howard Brooks fix it yesterday so i was trying to call to cancel the ordered the part and the say there nothing there when i was up there yesterday.

Great service. Fair prices. In Lake Placid or Sebring, it's the best place to get a mower or get one fixed! They also fix small stuff and carry the best brands.
