It turns out that the Boost mobil stores have no connection to Boost infinite, and if you have problems , they won't/ can't help you. All my app Icons have disappeared from my phone and I don't know how to get them back

Bought a new boost phone and was assured it was a good phone with double performance power than mine. Well.....they lied and sold me a piece of junk.

My daughter and I went in Boost store.. I needed a new cell as I was ready for an upgrade. The young girl was very helpful as was the young man who waited on other customers. I left with a new phone and case.. they were patient with me and that I appreciate along with no one was pushy.. Thank you Boost store!

When signing up to boost, was told I HAD to go with the $60 plan with $7 insurance that I DID NOT WANT, but I could downgrade my plan PLUS take the insurance off before my bill was due. Try to do that and got denied and was told I couldn’t downgrade. So since I was lied to I will be disputing the charge from my bank and I will be calling my lawyer since no one could be bothered to fix the issue

Bill was due on March 29 came in 3 days earlier to change the plan and pay the bill($116) before it was due spoke with the young gentleman in his 20s then my auto pay charged me ($104) he the guy didn't change my plan charged me and I got charged again three days later.

I got a coolpad from them about 2 weeks ago it stop working i paid all that money for it and nobody helps they just say to call i do and there no help too i will never buy rom boost moblie again am going to tmblie or someone that know what there doing very rude

I've always went to this boost store most recent time I went the whole point in paying 20$ for a screen protector is 2 protect u phone screen the one they put on my phone dont even for my screen so now after paying 300$ for a phone my phone screen is cracked
