They have terrible customer service, having a long waiting time of 1 hour 30 minutes, while in their offices you are laughing and talking, the truth is disappointed in such a large and highly appointed Bank.

This Bank Of America branch is not open on Saturdays
It is an inconvenience for us clients in the area since the lobby closes on Friday at 4:00 pm and does not open until Monday morning.
Many customers like me are upset by the hours of this branch.

If I could rate this Bank A negative-10 I would the long waits in line and the supervisor just acting like a clown it's unbelievable ahh and not to mention the staff likes to be rude and judge very incompetent unprofessional staff. In my opinion stay away!!!!

Long wait for customer service. I don't understand how such a powerful entity doesn't want to pay more salaries. This particular bank is very small but with good customer traffic because it is the only one in the area and yet there are only 5 workers serving it (including the manager).

This Bank of America is amazing. It does not deserve 1 star. It deserves 5 stars. I think the people who gave this bank negative reviews were either coming in here during Covid or are just people who cannot be happy. Linda and another gentleman named Tom treated me so great and I didn't even have an account there. Also the young manager with the beard made me feel like I was at home. Don't listen to these people above this bank is amazing. Some people just cannot be happy. Thank you

They told me I would have $100 to open my checking account if I met some requirements which I did even send out mail that u would have the deposit on 2/20, then they 3/2 ..now it's 3/2 they say 60 days

What awful bank policy. Won't let you cash a Bank of America check written by one of their account holders unless you open an account yourself or pay a flat $8 fee. Stick with a local credit union for better service.

I work 5am-5pm Mon-Fri, I got off early on Friday. Today I tried to walk in the door at 3:57pm and it was locked, of course there was plenty of customers and staff in there and they were letting people come out, but would not let me walk in. Very frustrating!!! I do not have a debit card at the moment so I am unable to access the ATM as well.
