Anthony was so awesome and amazing the way he was helping me and my husband was awesome this was the first time I felt like it was all about the customer made me feel like they listened to what I wanted not what they wanted me in like other car lots they are just about a sale I would tell anyone I know if they would like to get a new cat go to sebring Toyota the best and I feel like it's all about the customers and great service I would rate them 100% all day everyday if u need a new car go see Anthony great guy works and listened to what u want not what they want u to have ,100% all day everyday

I bought a 2020 Highlander the end of 2022 in 8 months (June 2023) I had a “secondary collision brake malfunction.” We never had ANY collisions.. They told us it was the front intake exhaust.. that it was possibly damaged before purchase!!! That we didn’t have to fix it then, but because it was probably broken when we purchased they would charge us less than $500 out the door to replace “when we are ready”… here we are a little over a year later and they are quoting me $1000.00!!! refusing to honor that quote, stating they never documented that price anywhere… not to mention they tried to up charge additional un necessary repairs equaling another $1000.00!!!!
Don’t do it…. Trust me…..

I was contacted by Sebring Toyota by a number of sales people. When I asked for dealer fees..no one could come up with an answer. I then asked if I could purchase car at the advertised price..I was told that the market value was about 3k to 4k more and that with dealer add ons would be added to advertised price..BAIT AND SWITCH AT IT'S BEST! Even the salesmanager wanted to argue that this was a legit way of doing business. Stay away from this crowd!!!!

Our salesman was Joshua, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with him and the Sebring Toyato dealership. The staff will assist you anyway that they can. Highly recommend.

Purchased a new vehicle. My 2nd purchase at this dealership that was why I returned to do business at Sebring. My salesman Jorge was awesome and has been awesome!
I am still waiting on a refund of funds that is owed to me. I have been contacting the dealership on a weekly basis only to be bounced around in the voice mail that all of the voice mails are full. Marsha never returns my calls and I am told she is the one who is handling my refund.
It has been over a month. The paperwork has not been submitted to the DMV as of yet as my lien holder has contacted me reference to not receiving documents from the dealership.
Yes I am attempting to contact the dealership still and I receive no callbacks. I don’t normally resort to bad reviews but until my issue gets resolved and I get communication from the dealership. This is the route I will go.

Excellent services. Very friendly, very attentive, they definitely give their best so that you can leave in your Toyota. Mr. Gonzalo, the salesman, was 100% attentive to me and my husband, he fulfilled his duty by guiding us and helping us in everything. Kalee, the service manager, was very excellent, very attentive and very helpful, and she also guided us in everything. Definitely, if you want a Toyota, don't hesitate to go to Toyota in Sebring, FL. 100% recommended.

Went in Wednesday afternoon with My Boyfriend just to window shop and see what was possible due to we have a baby on the way and needed a more reliable vehicle. Sat down and talked with Joshua Chavis and he made something happen! We went from window shopping to driving away in a 2021 Jeep Compass Latitude! Thank you Josh for going above and beyond for US and making it happen! We are very thankful, grateful and over the top satisfied with our new vehicle!
