Had 11am inspection appointment on Thursday September 12/25 Arrived 15 minutes early checked in told gal I had 12 pm detain next door at 11:55am went to get my car & it was just going in for service Like no way it sat for an hour Why wasn’t my 11 am appointment done on time Come on I wanted air added to my tires for a trip to Fort Myers I got my car without any inspection being done while my car sat there unattended for over an hour I left pissed & told gal have manger call me I’m still waiting ? Had my car appointment for 12 pm to b detailed I said no rush I m gonna chill & read a book Mark had 3 guys detail my car I was in no rush it usually takes 3-4 hours I was shocked when Mark came to me saying all done before 2 o’clock I payed $140. Plus gave each guy $20. So $200. was spent My car is cleaner than it was but nobody was detailed organized I came home & cleaned the passenger seats upholsterer & got the stain out I used a toothbrush & got sand/ dirt out of those hard to reach areas & used cleaner on a rag to get sand out of metal sliders that adjust where seat stays I didn’t get involved with area of my spare tire which needs cleaning I went in with a gallon zip lock baggy of a booklet for my electric pole saw I called because I couldn’t find it & still have no idea where it went I m 73 years old & feel like I totally got a bum deal all the way around I see how detailers clean everything spotless unfortunately for me this was not the case Hopefully they learn from their mistakes & the next persons vehicle sparkles I still see orange sand on my tires ?

They wouldn't replace a camera that was full of condensation and couldn't use it for over a month. The service technician acknowledged that it was cloudy, I have several photos and video. STILL UNDER WARRANTY!

The Service Manager (lady) went over and above to resolve the issue at hand. She was kind and very patient with me as she made sure I understood everything before I left.

Went in to have fluids changed, spark plugs and wires changed, struts and shocks changed. They had my car for ten days! I wrote a list so they knew what to do! When I got my car back no wires or plugs changed, and alignment was wrong. So I brought it back to have it relined and it is still wrong. They gave me a bunch of excuses as to why the wires weren't done. I have lost all my trust in this company and will not go back

The worst car buying experience I have ever had the finance manager Thomas is a joke I won't ever step foot back on the Nissian side again will do all of my business with the chevy side Joe Mullins is an amazing guy also James Wilbanks is great as well stay away from Nissan side !!
